I had really high hopes for this office, but unfortunately my experience was not good. I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment. When I finally found the office, a lady came to the front door and said the doctor refused to see me because I was late and I would have to reschedule. The doctor was hanging by the front desk and there wasn’t a single patient in the office. It was literally just the two of them — no other people, no phones ringing, no activity of any sort. Complete crickets. I reasoned with them, «but there’s nobody here — nobody’s waiting.» He said «yes, but I have a patient coming in ten minutes — and there’s no way we can finish by then. I don’t see patients who are late.» They didn’t tell me this when I made my appointment and they never even confirmed the appointment. I waited three months to get my PCP changed through my insurance, I fasted (no coffee or food!!), took three modes of public transportation including one that broke down to get there, got accosted by a homeless dude who would not leave me alone for a 20-​minute train ride, walked through a wind storm (it sounds dramatic but I had a dress on — it was not easy), searched through the maze-​like tourist mall he’s located in… and he turned his nose up at me just to prove his point — that I should be on time. There was not a single person in that office or in any waiting room. It’s a good concept in theory, but customer service, kindness, and a little humanity is majorly lacking. I am not going to go back. If he is that egotistical and unreasonable for such a small thing, I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting more personal and important things like my medical care and related decisions in his hands.

Dr. Fahel is truly a modern doctor. I have had 3 appointments with him and each time, it’s just a pleasure. He doesn’t make you feel rushed; rather, he’s patient and holistic in his approach. He cares about your health.
What’s more, he encourages you to e-​mail him for referrals, and he gets back to you in a timely manner.
I can’t say enough about the atmosphere. Imagine a doctors visit in a zen room, with relaxing music and modern, but warm furniture. That’s what you get. But the best part is it doesn’t take away anything from Dr. Fahel’s approach.
I would highly recommend you give this place a try.

Wow wow wow… this guy is good. Dr. Fahel gives a very comprehensive examination. He takes his time to ask lots of questions, and answers any questions you might have in a very relaxed manner. His office is a medical spa, which is basically a doctors office in a spa atmosphere. There was no wait for my appointment, and while the visit was not cheap if you dont have insurance ($ 225), I felt every penny was well spent.
If you have unresolved medical issues, this is just the type of doctor that can figure out whats wrong with you. Very refreshing to find a doctor like him. Oh, and he does housecalls too!
