This is the slowest McDonalds ever. Whenever, I have an early flight leaving Miami, I tend to come to this location since it’s closest to home and on the way to the airport.
We came around 4am and the staff just seemed unprepared to help customers. This is always the case when you come early in the morning
This time, the speaker wasn’t working outside (or maybe they just didn’t use it), and no one was at the 1st window. They were taking orders and handing out food through the 2nd window & cars were beginning to wrap around the building.

The drive thru is 24 hours, ive tried to go after 2 am and they always say they are closed.

I live right around the corner. Walking distance. But, I will drive out of my way to avoid this McDonald’s. Rude employees who always get my order wrong. I mean, it never fails. I ask for cheese and they forget it, I ask for no onions but my burger is covered with them. I always have to go back there and get something fixed which means I am given an attitude that I have to give right back. I can only say that making breakfast available 24 hours has been their saving grace as I enjoy that much more than the burgers lately. Also, they are supposed to be 24 hours, but sometimes around 2am they are «closed for an hour,» so how can that be 24 hours? Just bad.

This is by far the worst Mcdonalds in all of south florida, heck the worst one ive ever been to. Everytime i go there and i mean everytime there is something wrong, either the girls there have attitudes taking your order like if your asking for to much when u have to ask for ketchup or bbq sauce. alway gotten my order wrong smh. Suggest others to just go to the other one right down the road on 137th, like i will be doing for now on.

Let me tell you why I like this McDonald’s (caveat — I don’t like any McDonald’s food; but I will drink their coffee). This Mickey D’s has beautiful, polite, positive, attentive workers. I’m always greeted with a smile and a pleasant exchange. They treat the elderly patrons with a great deal of kindness and respect and that makes my coffee taste even better! I applaud the workers, especially the young man and young lady working the drive-​thru windows today! Quality counts!

If you can avoid this McDonald’s please do so. They never properly make the food, seems that they throw everything together and wrap it up. I mostly fiend this stuff at night, and when I do come here since this is my nearest McDonald’s theres either no icecream, no burgers and no cards accepted. Sometimes vice versa, no cash. Then at the same middle of the night in my experiences 2⁄3 times there’s a sign that says their closed until 4. or 2. or 5am. Well I don’t understand how and why a drive thru must be closed for so long, all other McDonald’s manage to stay open all through the night. Like I said, if you can avoid this one, do so. Especially at night
