According to my mother in law, she was treated horribly. She had money stolen, nails dug in her arms by an aide, not changed out of soiled clothing in a timely manner. These places are horrible!

Miami Jewish is by far the most remarkable institution of dedicated and professional care for the elderly that we have ever seen. The campus is extraordinarily beautiful and serene, and the welcoming atmosphere immediately delivers a feeling of peace and confidence.
From the moment we were introduced to the research facility we were put at ease, and were shown great warmth and consideration. Every effort was made to accommodate our needs, and to provide superlative care and attention. We discovered that the extensive range of available research studies virtually assured that an appropriate fit could be found for a wide range of needs, and that from the moment we joined the program, our particular needs were meticulously respected and nurtured.
The entire staff, under the professional guidance of Dr. Marc Agronin, was readily available and willing to ensure that our experience was highly personalized and always delightful. It was a pleasure to go for treatments, and we look forward to continuing participation in the future.
We rate the outpatient services and the research department as exemplary, and the finest example of true excellence in the field.

Miami Jewish is only concerned about putting a body in a bed and taking your money. Under no circumstances would I put a loved one here. They readily admit they don’t have enough staff. The head of nursing enjoys telling you how overworked she is. The Executive Director tries to convince you she is there for you while she tells you if you that you need to hire an aide to take your loved one to Dr. ordered physical therapy which is two building away or any Dr appointment. Do yourself a favor. Call a Place For Mom. They will help you find a great place like they did for us

Under no circumstances place a loved one in this facility… not the rehab or the long term care area, Their focus is having a body in a bed to generate an income, but the staff is inattentive, unsympathetic, and the level of care received is disgraceful. Beware of this facility and find a different place. Stay far away!!!

This is a horrible place. The nurses and aides are apathetic and rude to patients and family members. They leave elderly pain crying in pain and need for long periods of time. They act put upon when asked for something as simple as an extra blanket. We made the mistake of letting our mother be placed there. She paid dearly and we will regret it the rest of our lives. Don’t place a loved one here.
It looks pretty on the outside, but that hardly helps a person in excruciating pain.

Excellent rehab and assisted living facility. Very high quality care delivered by an extremely professional team. Grounds are always kept in top shape, as well as, the inside and outside of the buildings. Probably the best place of its kind in Miami.
