Had mahi mahi sandwiches, grilled. Huge amount of fish, grilled just right. Supposed to have tomato, but they forgot it. Fries had the potato skin on them, I don’t care for that very much, they were not soggy but not real tasty. But the fish was worth coming back for. Decent beer selection. Service was passable but not inspired or anything. Took quite awhile to get the bill. Many, many tv’s on the walls. Great air conditioning in here.

Still a great place to grab a beer with some friends… Went in last night a little after midnight to get some food and drinks to get our minds off reality for a while. Good food at a great price, service was fast and beers were ice cold. Doesn’t get much better. Just need to bring back the $ 5 Pitcher!!!

I haved lived in kendall almost my entire life and have never ever been treated so bad… My boyfriend, my daughter and I went on monday to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. He ordered the seafood combo because it has clams, so when it arrived their was not one clam on his plate. He ask the waitress what happened. She comes back saying theirs no clams in the restaurant so they gave you more shrimp. My boyfriend ask to speak to the manager. The manager comes over with a nasty attitude says theirs no clams so we just gave you more shrimp. Like saying take it or leave it. Well to make the story short the manager told my boyfriend to shut up or he was going to call the cops and have us removed. The last time I checked we live in a free country… Not once did my boyfriend say any bad words or was out of line… This so called manager called the cops on us. This man should not be a manager or even work with the public. I will make sure to never step foot there again and trust me neither will anyone I know.

The service is pretty good here. I came for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Sandy, our waitress, was very sweet and helpful. The salad I had was good and the chicken philly my fiancée had was excellent.

We have been here several times and have always received great service! My recommendation is the zinger mountain melt with an extra 5 zingers on it. Medium sauce with a side of ranch and honey mustard, yum! Once you are ready for dessert, you can’t go wrong with a captain Jack’s. As of recently I prefer the captain Jack’s nutty brother though, so much better!

I wanted to share my recent visit to Miller’s Ale House located in Kendall. My husband and I along with our toddler visited this location on Sunday December 6th in the afternoon after the dolphin game. The Restaurant was not as packed as it usually is so we decided to stay. The hostess said it would be a few minutes even though we noticed there were a few booths open so we waited about 5 minutes. We also mentioned to the hostess we would need a high chair. She didn’t bring it to us in which my husband asked the family that was leaving next to us if we could take the high chair from them. We moved on and proceed to look at the menu and eventually figured out what to order. We start our own discussing and in the meantime feed our toddler some snacks. At one point I glanced over the hostess station as another customer 2 booths down interrupts the hostess from eating her Ramen noodles and asks where her waitress is, that she hasn’t checked on them for some time. Then I noticed that a waitress approaches the hostess when then the hostess informs her customer«complained about you». At this point it’s been 18 minutes and we haven’t even been acknowledged by anyone. My husband decides to have the hostess call the manager to our table and interesting enough our waitress decides to grace us with her presence. We informed her that we were leaving and have contacted the manager. She just walked away. Oh did I mention this waitress was the one that served the customers 2 booths down. The manager came to our table and we went over every minute since we walked in thru the doors. She apologized profusely but that would not change our decision. She offered to get us whatever we would like and we still left. My husband did ask for a business card or phone # to call corporate and go over our experience.

I enjoy coming to this ale house its the funner one. I usually visit the Falls location because its closer to me but its more family orientated. This is the cool ratchet one! The food is always awesome at these locations. Service was pretty quick from sitting to the food coming out. Everything tasted good and was hot.

Came here for the first time to watch sunday football with my boyfriend. The atmosphere is loud but fun. My boyfriend is a Jets fan meanwhile most here are Dolphin’s fans, but thankfully no one was rude. If anything it’s all friendly criticism. I tried out their homemade Capt’n Jacks icecream cake which was pretty good and I also ordered my free flatbread that I recieved with eclub signup which was also yummy. Drinks prices are great and our server Jay was very nice. We will definitely be returning here again, especially to try their wed. Lobster special deal.

Kendall Ale house is a sports bar with a lot of draft beers. I wasn’t expecting 5 start dining but I was expecting more. Hostess was totally strange; I walked in and she stood there and asked how many I said for 2 and she just kept looking around walking. I mean it wasn’t busy and it took her 5 minutes just to find us one of the many empty tables, I practically had to host my self to the table. I then went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and it was filthy. Toilet paper all over the floor, a diaper with baby poop, and only one toilet wasn’t stuffed with toilet paper. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the draft beer was very cold and my server was good. The zingers that are supposed to be world famous came with 3 that had no sauce out of 6 and my tortilla chips were stale. Hopefully my next experience will be better since there are many ale houses here in Florida. — the manager did contact me after this review and assured me this wasn’t there normal. I have gone back and did receive way better service ! :)

Sometimes… I just can’t help it. I get a craving for their zinger mountain melt. So I head over to Kendall Ale House. It’s your standard Ale house/sports bar type place. Nothing really fancy about it. I like ordering the mountain melt and a beer(or two!). They have a decent selection. Service tends to be unpredictable and sometimes slow. This place is also usually slammed on game nights so if you end up going, be warned it’ll be a wait.

In Miami for a mini vacay! Dropped by this place for happy hour! Sun-Thurs Happy hour menu was pretty great! In for a late night drink and snack! $ 2 well drinks and $ 6 Bud light pitchers. $ 5 appetizers! Nothing fancy, food was ok. Feels like an Applebee type restaurant. It was convenient and down the street from our hotel.

Absolutely love this place and the awesome food they serve. Tho the server messed up on my order I was very happy with his service he quickly bounced back and took care of the situation. Was very polite and apologetic made sure we were taken care of, also brought his manager who also apologized. I have to say they earned my respect. I come here all the time for the fights, basketball games, football games!!! and mostly for the food. When I go to a restaurant I will usually order the same thing, but Not here I have tried almost 99% of everything on there menu. This was my go to place when I was pregnant couldn’t contain myself. Love the zingers hate that I didn’t try them sooner they are that delicious. The fish tacos seafood platter, bistro salad, calamari, and fajitas are all up there on my favorites list. Love that the have such great deals during the week on the food. Also love that they have activities that actually go on. I once saw people having a painting and beer class. Salsa night a dim sure plenty more. Will continue to come!!! my family loves it and I love it!!!

If you want a sports bar /Ale house, this is definitely the one to go to. It is super clean, really big, they have drink specials every day and pretty much at all hours(the vary) and they have a large menu. In other words, if you’re out with a friend who like to eat«healthy,» you can bring him here. They will actually have something for him on the menu. The manager is very nice and is always walking around, going up to the tables, and asking if all is OK. That is a very nice touch in deed!

Since I’m from out of town, I wanted some local brews. When I asked our waiter what they had from FL, he said Cigar City and Funky Buddha. So I asked what they had from Cigar City. He said ‘Cigar City’, to which I replied ‘yes, but what style?’ Blank stare… I said ‘Cigar City is the brewery, they make different types of beers.’ He said, ‘Oh, I didn’t know that. I’ll have to ask the bartender’. OK… a few minutes later he tells me they don’t have Cigar City anymore. So I said, ‘Alright, so the Funky Buddha tap — is that a pale ale’? Him ‘Yes’. He brought it — it was a hefeweizen. Sorry, but if your gonna be an ‘ale house’, you need to educate your servers a bit more on beers. Maybe I shoulda figured out it was a bucket-beer, sports bar kinda place and gone somewhere else, since that’s not what I was looking for. Food was pretty mediocre, too.

This medal was extremely poor based on food quality, preparation and service. My wife’s food had to be returned three times due to they could cook a burger medium well, with cheese and then it was charred. My daughters turkey burger was poor quality frozen patty and my fish sandwich was cold and took 20 minutes for tartar sauce. We were so frustrated we spoke to the manager and then left. We will never return.

The music is pumping and the mugs are never empty. This is a great place to catch a beer and watch the game with friends. It’s a bit loud so you’ll have to speak up but overall it’s a nice place to hang out. Those who know me know that I love a good Kamikaze and I was definitely happy with mine :-) just make sure you specify whether you want the drink or the shot because otherwise it’ll come out as a drink. Over the years this place has lost its appeal and the food is good but atleast the prices are reasonable and waiters are pretty cool. I recommend ordering the spinach dip; it pairs excellently with the beer and even my Kamikaze :-) cheers… oh and they have wifi too.

From being somewhere I used to frequent to now, the occasional visit, I’ve come to learn a few things about the Ale House. — It is loud and most of the time, it can be crowded. — Under no circumstances, no matter how much you think you are craving it, do not EVER order pizza here. It’s a huge $ 8 mistake. — There are buckets of beer specials, drink specials everyday of the week and $ 2 tequila shots. So it’s basically the perfect place for a cheap drink or pre-gaming. I went most recently on a Thursday, and they added a DJ, I don’t think it adds much, just more noise to talk over. Also, the seafood macaroni is good, and you can’t go wrong with the Capt Jack’s Buried Treasure(it’s a sweet tooth’s haven.) And the zingers aren’t too bad either. Just no to the pizza.

Ale House, we have a long history together. Not only this location in particular but I’ve have my fair share of visits to Ale House. Cool place to spend some time with friends while watching a game or a fight, drinking and having some food. I used to love their nachos back in the day as they used to layer the meat or chicken in between the chips. Now it’s just on top, not enough for my taste. Their lunch specials are nice and kids eat free on Tuesdays. Kids menu is actually very good and has variety. Food in general is decent but it sometimes depends on the cook. Service is ok most of the time :)

Well, to start off. If you know me you know I LOVE bars, pubs and of course a good Ale House. We went Saturday night, around 7 o’clock. I called around 5 minutes before to ask for a table for 5 and she told me they hadn’t even started a waiting list because there weren’t too many people there. We get there, hostess and whom I assume was a waiter had a casual 5 minute convo before deciding to acknowledge we were standing there, that’s cool though. I was then given the great news of a 25 minute wait as I looked around and saw several spots open. Once we were seated(in the booth that I spotted was open and clean since we got there) we waited patiently for our waitress. She got there, asked if we had heard the specials and looked kind of shocked/puzzled that we had not. How could we? We had just gotten there and you had just showed up. Aren’t you supposed to tell us? Lol. Moving on. She seemed really nice except there was one barrier. We couldn’t understand anything… She spoke so fast and muffled that I swear I spent most of the night just nodding and smiling. She was telling us about an appetizer and making hand gestures and really going into detail but all I understood was«mozzarella sticks» so I went with it. Turns out it was the house sampler which ended up being good but totally not worth the money paid for it. We got the wings and ribs with sides of fries and mash potatoes. The wings were GREAT! I got the Thai chili sauce which was saucy, sweet but just alittle bit of spice. Not to mention I got all drums and they were huge! Super meaty! The ribs were good, lacking alittle barbecue but that was resolved by just asking for more barbecue on the side! The fries were soggy and cold, I guess someone didn’t want them so they have them to us! How nice :) They also have a huge collection of beers! So whether you’re a light beer or dark beer kind of person, they’ve got you covered! The atmosphere is very casual! It’s a sports bar, so obviously there was loud talking, TV’s blasting and the smell of wings and beer! If you’re looking for a place to watch a game, have a good beer and eat some good wings I can say this place should do!
