I can’t say enough about this company. Extremely professional. Everyone spoke perfect English (which has become a rarity in Miami and is a HUGE plus if you don’t speak Spanish). When I made my appointment they advised me that it would be a window between 12 – 4 pm, but I would be notified with a 2 hour window the day before the appointment. As promised, an email was received the night before with my 2 hour time frame, along with a picture of the technician and his name. Wow! I advised the person making my appointment that I would be at work but if I received a courtesy call to give me 30 minutes notice, I could be home to meet the technician. Not only did I receive a call from the person who made my appointment, but from the technician within 5 minutes of each other. He was at my house in exactly 30 minutes of the call and was extremely knowledgable and precise. I haven’t been impressed like this in a LONG time. This is how you do business!!!
