My very old air conditioner was not cooling so i called Nell and Sons and they sent someone over the very next day to fix the problem. The air conditioner worked for about another 2 years before she finally died. i called them once again, and they gave me a great price on a new high efficiency unit. they installed fast and I have had no issues since. Nel & Sons are a pleasure to work with. i will definitely use them again.

So the unit these guys installed in April stopped blowing out cold air… YAY!
After trouble-​shooting the equipment, I called them and left a message, it was maybe 10 pm. The next day at around 11:30 am, someone was already there and fixed it. Dude wasn’t exactly sure what went wrong, which frustrates me a bit, but they corrected it and assured me they would figure it out if it happened again.
Can’t complain too much, they fixed the problem quickly and obviously didn’t charge me.
