Horrific customer service with the office staff. I was a long time patient of Dr. Nestor, however, I’m beyond disappointed with my last visit. Charged $ 150 for a 10 minute visit with Dr. Nestor (seeing that I waited over an hour to see him) only to get a prescription for an ointment over $ 200! I tried to contact the office several times to get a cheaper option but never received a call back from their staff. After a frustrating phone interaction with the office manager, my father and I will no longer be visiting Dr. Nestor. Unfortunate customer service ending in poor results.

I spent a mere couple of quick minutes with Dr. Nestor who quoted me a price of $ 150 plus office visit co-​pay, for a «cosmetic procedure that would not be covered by insurance.» The couple of minute procedure was done by a tech and I thought I paid in full on the day of the service. Several MONTHS later I received a bill for an additional $ 515. After weeks of frustration of trying to coordinate between not very nice Lisette in the billing department who never answers a phone call and the insurance company, I finally gave up and paid the bill in full just to get it over with. AFTER the bill was paid, they turned me in to collections and I am still fighting this nightmare. I would been so way better off never going in for this appointment in the first place.

If I could give a zero, I would. It’s not the doctor who is poor but the office staff and their coordination and knowledge or lack there of. The amount of time spent in the waiting room and then inside waiting for the doctor was unreasonable and offensive. One hour! I’m on the search for a new dermatologist.

I give it a three for three reasons. First the wait time. I waited over an hour just to be seen on both occasions I was there. Second you do see dr Nestor for the first visit but he doesn’t even remove the moles/​skin issues his PA does. Third, I know my skin and having the shavings always give me scars so I asked him to do the one with the sutures and he refused. I have never heard such nonsense. So now I have three scars on my back that look horrible. I have had a lot of skin issues removed and never had a dermatologist actually refuse to do it a way that will prevent a scar!!! Ridiculous. His staff is nice to put a kind word in here though.
