Had a great time at the studio today … So much fun. great vibe and amazing instructor. Very close to Brickell and free parking in the back will be back for sure. Thank you Claudia great workshop

This studio has great potential — centrally located near Brickell and Coral Gables and with free parking in the back. The teacher was really friendly and welcoming. However, the studio had a strong stench of cigarette smoke the moment I walked in the door. This is not what I expect from a calming yoga studio where I go to be a healthier person. By the time I left, I also had the stench of cigarette smoke all over me and my clothes. I think I’ll be trying several other studios before I go back to this one.

There is absolutely nothing I can say negative about this place, I’m so glad I went. In yesterday’s torrential downpour I almost just skipped. The location is clean, welcoming and cozy. I was wet from the rain and I assume the owner (she was the one at the desk) gave me a towel to dry off. I took the Yoga with Carlos class at 6:30pm and I was extremely i’m pressed. I have been doing yoga for years on and off (i’m a in no way advanced in my practice) and Carlos made something that seemed so simple a great class. His explanations to the poses had you engage your entire body and truly understand what you should feel and do with every pose, something I have not seen to detailed in any studio I’ve visited. I was profusely sweating.
I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone!

Great Studio, with great vibes. Check out Carlos Tao’s class Tuesday at 6:30pm and Sunday at 10:30am, he rocks!!! Also, if you’re lucky you’ll catch Lola, the studio mascot, walking about between classes. Feel free to give her some puppy love. Namaste
