Love the happy hour deal they offer. Haven’t been to this location in awhile. My bartender was nice and attentive. I would give it a higher rating but there seemed to be a female manager doing interviews at a table right behind me and she was not pleasant at all. Her demeanor and the way she spoke to people was bothersome enough for me to close my tab and leave. I don’t think people should be in the hospitality industry if you can’t even smile and look miserable

This restaurant has terrible service and irresponsible management. I have a severe seafood allergy and we told our waiter. He even joked that due to my allergy, I would get extra food. Our food took forever. Mistake 1: They brought us someone else’s order. Mistake 2: When our food came out it was the wrong order Mistake 3: Finally after almost an hour they brought our food and I was about to take the first bite of my rice and there was SHRIMP on my plate! Thank goodness someone in my party pointed it out or they would have had to call an ambulance for me. Careless mistake … The waiter tried to compensate but it would have been appropriate for the manager to come out, apologize, and ensure that this will not happen again. Very upsetting but I’m happy that we caught it before it was too late.

The good thing about PF Chang’s is that it’s a chain restaurant therefore the food is usually consistent — the bad thing about PF Chang’s is that it’s a chain restaurant and not authentic food made by some great chefs. Appetizers: Get the lettuce wraps — light, fun to make, and flavorful Main: All their chicken as well as beef dishes are good — MUSTTRY — the fried eggplants as a side dish — will melt in your mouth!

Always cozy, always great service and not noisy place. Great place for lunch or diner. Will always come back here and get the Mongolian beef with some fried rice:) Well deserved five stars review!

I frequent this PF Changs and another at Sawgrass. The Sawgrass location seems much more high end. The food at this Brickell location is often under cooked or over cooked. Actually didn’t eat Pad Thai I ordered during my last visit because the shrimp was overcooked and the dish was very greasy. They left it on the check.

Severely understaffed. Seated at dirty table. Wet booth seat. Waiter was slower than molasses running up hill. I’m not a PF Chang person. No reason to pay for overpriced, over processed food, and crappy service. This is the second time I ever eat at one and because client wanted to eat there… Disaster, even when shift manager came by and said he would take the order he didn’t. No reason to change opinion on the whole franchise opinion. Finally Mongolian beef was overcooked. Almost as bad as beef jerky. Hard, burnt and the business lunch was done quickly with just lost service.

Good food. Horrible service and the wait time was awful. The waiter denied my ID when it was legitimate. Embarrassing.

Honestly, food quality does not match the price. We asked for fried rice, Mongolian beef, shrimp dim sum, crab wontons and California sushi roll. Everything tasted like fridge food. I’m pretty sure there’s a lot of better restaurants where you can eat the same thing for the same price but better quality. It’s like the fast food of Asian restaurants. Definitely not coming back.

Five stars for the fried banana and ice cream dessert, but three stars for the service, candied walnut shrimp with melon, and wonton soup, amounting to an overall rating of 3 stars. We arrived at the restaurant around 8 on a Friday night. It was busy, but not all the tables were full. Our server was nice, but it took a long time for him to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. I’m glad we ordered the soup because it came out quick and tied us over until the rest of the meal came. The candied walnut shrimp were really good at first, but by the time I finished it I felt bloated, and wanted to go walk it off. The large wonton soup was a good size to share between 2 – 3 people, but it was quite bland. The fried banana with coconut ice cream dessert was amazing, and the drizzled honey really pulled the whole dish together. The fresh fruit on the dish was also a nice touch. If I come back, it would be for the dessert alone.

I’ll start by stating that I’ve been a loyal P.F. Chang’s customer for many years! I’ve been in love with many of their food items for as long as I can remember, including their pad thai, fried green beans, chicken lettuce wraps, dumplings, and the only soup that comes in a bowl– Chang’s spicy chicken noodle soup. I’m disapointed to have to report a very significant decrease in both the quality of the food and the service at the P.F. Chang’s in Brickell. I eat at this restaurant about once a week, minimum twice a month, and very often order take out. For this reason I feel I’m a good judge in their steady decline of everything I used to love– great food and service to match. I was there a couple of days ago and became increasingly annoyed at how the restaurant is now being managed. With that said, I’ll walk you through my experience and let you be the judge: We arrived and waited 15minutes to be greeted by our server after we had been seated. We ordered two waters, the Chang’s noodle soup and pad thai. Once he took our order we waited another 15minutes(at least) for our two glasses of water. To be fair, the waiter apologized for the waters taking«like an hour». We proceeded to wait for our bowl of soup and pad thai. About 30minutes passed and our food had still not come out nor had we seen our waiter. We did, however, notice the table to our left complain that they had been waiting for almost an hour for a sushi roll– their waiter apologized and blamed the cook. I noticed no manager came out to speak to these unhappy customers who had been waiting too long for a simple dish. This couple, after maybe another couple of minutes, got up and left, very visibly upset. The table to our right was approached by their server who, more than anything, warned them that the wait time for their food would be very long because they were understaffed. He was not really apologetic about it but rather informative. We had still not seen our waiter nor gotten our food. We start to notice that the restaurant seems very hectic and no managers are in sight doing the(what used to be a common thing) walk thru the tables to make sure all customers were satisfied. After about 45minutes we began to discuss whether we too should leave. Low and behold, our soup arrives at the same time as the pad thai. I quickly forgot that I was consideting going elsewhere for dinner, thanked the waiter who brought us the food(not our waiter) and told my partner we would just forget about it and enjoy the meal. Screeeeeechhh!!! We go for the soup first– what is supposed to be a BOWL of soup, as indicated on the menu, did in fact come in a bowl but the amount of soup in it could not** have contained more than two small cups’ worth of soup. I immediately feel ripped off and wonder who approved this less-than-half-a– bowl to make it out of the kitchen. We then go for the pad thai and noticed that the dish does not look at all like what it usually does– the noodle was not the typical pad thai noodle they use, the sauce was different and watered down and even the smell was not your typical pad thai smell. We wait a couple of minutes for our waiter. He does not show. We go up to the hostess stand to complain about the food and explain that I would not be paying for that and that we were instead going to leave without touching the food. While this has been my absolute worst experience at PF Chang’s, I must be honest in reporting the steady the decline I’ve witnessed. Even though I’ve been such a big fan for so long I will no longer be supporting them. This was my last visit to the PF Chang’s in Brickell. If you are looking for an alternative option try Chinois Chinois instead, it’s closeby on Coral Way.

If there were zero stars that is what this establishment deserves! Waited over 15 mins for someone to even come over for our order. Then to top it waited another 30 mins for food that did not come — disgusted we got up and left. We have eaten at PFs in other cities — did not get to sample this one but with that kind of service I have little hope in the food.

PF Changs what can we say consistent quality product. They lose a star as the service at lunch today was poor. There was no mention or offer of their sauces which they are known for nor did she tell us about specials. We had a business lunch there was 5 of us. The apps we had steamed shrimp dumplings and fried pork dumpling. Also we had spring rolls. Main course we shared broccoli and beef, sweet and sour chicken, garlic noodles and fried rice. My fortune cookie came without a fortune LOL.

My first time here(at this location) was for a company lunch. I knew what to expect from PF Changs and this location lives up to those standards. I ordered the Mongolian beef lunch special which was very good. I will say the portions on the lunch menu are pretty small, and not what I am used to. The staff was great and there was little to no wait despite being a relatively large group. There was nothing that stood out above or below your standard PF Changs fare. Would probably return for the lunch special and it’s in a very nice location.

PF Changs overall is a very nice Asian Fusion chain of restaurants and I enjoy their menu which changes seasonally. However, this particular location didn’t impress me as much due to the spotty service. Waiting 10 – 15 mins for a server to come and take a drink order when it’s not busy? No bueno. :( However I will say that once the orders were placed(and we had another server relieve the one who originally waited on us), things went much smoother.
