It’s hit or miss here. I agree the Dadeland store is the worst, but this store is appreciably better partly because that one is so bad. 3 out of 5 visits here have been okay. The other two visits were excruciating. On each of those occasions the associate (not the same one) that helped me was under the impression she was doing me a favor. I got there prepared with which charms I wanted, so I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time, including my own. Both girls were still sour faced and lethargic. They moved like their feet were glued to the floor and they’d been fighting the pull for months. If it hadn’t been so painful it might have been comical. The other three times were okay, not painful, not exceptional. Still beats the Dadeland store, where they’ll tell you they’re out of the charm you want (even if they have it), just cause they don’t want to let you buy it.

Plenty of sales associates. Friendly and courteous.
