Just recently ordered pizza two pizzas to be exact one of them wasn’t ready didn’t even show up the by the time the other one was ready the first one was cold I’ve been using this Papa John’s for almost 8 years this was a first girl on the phone had an attitude. Sad part not even an apology was offered.

Beware… place is run by complete idiots and everytime we order here its wrong. I just attempted to order pizza for pick using a FREE PIZZA cert that they sent me from corporate and the guy taking my order could not even listen to me without interrupting me ten times. Im debating on even going to pick it up. Last. Papa Johns. Pizza. I. Am. EVER. EATING!

$ 21 with tip for a large veggie pizza. Order regular crust. Pizza came with a thin crust. Pizza was almost room temp and the crust tasted like it was made this morning… 2nd time I ordered from this papa johns and it sucked.

I called & explained I was allergic to Ranch dressing (ordered thin crust cheese pizza & 15 piece chicken poppers) asked to PLEASE be SURE ONLY SEND BLUE CHEESE of course, they send ranch! The idiot who took my order even joked about it, & I told him the importance of his noting my order specifics he «assured me» that he would. Clearly he didn’t & could have caused us great harm! It’s something we are paying for & made sure to explain & request! Very displeased, will not order from them again.

This store was not a good experience .
I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. I even called back to tell them that I would be downstairs. The person on the line said no prob. They have my # and the driver would give me a call. They asked me for my name, so I expected that they had my address in the system. 40 min. No pizza no phone call.
So I called and the person put me on to the supervisor. She was super unhelpful and told me that I would have to pay more $ for delivery. I thought the customer would matter but I guess not for this store.

I always get pizza from here, sometimes delivery and sometime pick up. The manager is very attentive and helpful, and the only time I’ve had a problem with my order. She more than made up for it… I recommend this place, as a repete customer.

Been ordering from this location for many years and never really had any major issues. Carryout orders are always ready lightning fast. Lately been avoiding delivery charges by just picking up.
