It’s been a terrible experience working with this company. It has been two months, and counting, since contract was signed. Closing has been postponed twice and I’ve signed the same documents on multiple occasions due to incompetence on the end of the loan officer. I would HIGHLY recommend using another company for your home buying needs. For clarity, it should be noted that I did not hire this company. I am selling my home and this seems to be my only recourse for continued delays. Due to a «mishap» on the end of the loan officer, I am now paying for two properties on a monthly basis. Unacceptable.
