Pizza Hut

I usually NEVER leave reviews good or bad but my anger is so big that I even had to download the Unilocal app and sign up just so I can leave this review. This isn’t the first time I order and the pizza is late hey I know shit happens and a few minutes late maybe even 10 15 20 pushing it but it was almost an hour and a half when I called it was about 20 minutes late already the girl said the driver is on his way (mind u she didn’t even apologize) 20 more minutes passed and NOTHING I call again and the guy answering said he had no idea what happen to the driver that he was going to speak to his manager when he comes back he at least apologizes but then he says so u still want the food or we can give u a CREDIT TOWARDS TOUR NEXT PURCHASE not my money back no a credit I wasn’t even offered something or a discount ANYTHING to compensate the hour and a half I had been waiting I had to place the order again and pick it up because delivery would be another hour ! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, it makes no damn sense ! DONT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT !

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered at 6:50 I called at 8 and they told mr I should be getting the pizza in like 5 minutes then I called again at 8:39 and the lady told me it was going to take another 30 minutes!!! Worst pizza hut ever!!! Horrible do nor order from them

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! HORRIBLE FUCKING SERVICE! I waited over 2 hours for 2 pizzas. AND THE MANAGER «NAIOON» WAS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT GOT IN MY FACE TALKING SHIT AND LAUGHING because I was upset that an order which would take «30min» according to them took over 2 hours. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience at Pizza Hut. Owners, you should really make better decisions as to who you hire. EXTREMELY DISGUSTED!

Horrible service! They said it would take 40 minutes to deliver. After an hour we called to see status of pizza since it had not been delivered yet. They said the time they told us on deliver confirmation was an estimate not a for sure thing. We waited 15 more minutes and nothing. We called again to see if we can get an update as we still had no pizza. They said they had no way of getting ahold of the driver to tell us status of delivery and can only tell us it’s on the way. We thought it was ridiculous that they didn’t. They obviously have to have the number. By this time we were fed up that we ended up cancelling the order. All this for one large pizza. Never again do we plan to order from here.

I have never had a problem my pizza is always on time and fresh I love my stuffed crust pizza amazing the delivery man is very nice

Pizza hut is my favorite pizza but this pizza hut is the worst I have ordered here twice and both times they have been over 30 minutes late and when you call to complain they put you on hold for another 20 minutes. If u live close by just order dominos instead

I’m a huge fan of Pizza Hut. Its total nostalgia every time I purchase a pizza here! It reminds me of the 90s as a kid and going to pizza hut after a movie at the Miller Square theater (remember that?). However if you order online give it at least 5 – 8 more minutes extra. The time that they say they are «ready» isn’t really all that accurate. Overall the pizza is great and the marinara sauce is pipping hott!
