Pizza Hut

After placing my order (1 MD pizza) at 11:07pm I then called to check on the status at 12:06am. The girl answered the phone «thank you for calling pizza hut WE ARE CLOSED how can I help you?». She then told me my order was on its way.
It is now 12:30am and I am still waiting for my medium pizza.

Terrible service I will never order from this place. I recently ordered a pizza for delivery and I wait like three hours and l call to canceled and they just say «ok thank» l never got an apology that really rude.

This place should be condemned and reopened as something useful. I recently ordered a pizza for delivery using the online feature and needless to say three hours later I found myself eating at Cassolas pizza. I wasn’t aware that a driver called in and delivery times were running over an hour. I live four blocks away so there’s no excuse for traffic. After several phone calls the delivery guy showed up in no uniform two hours later and expected me to pay full price. When I complained the manager offered a discount. I laughed. Are you kidding me? I waited two hours! If you want to give me a discount give me one for being a veteran. Their best bet to keep as a customer would have been to just give me the pizza at no charge and an apology which I never got. It will be a long time before I ever order pizza from Pizza Hut again.

Too many options on the website when trying to order– it’s a little overwhelming.
Service was a little slow at this place compared to other places— took over an hour to deliver the pizza and like others… I only live about 5 min away.
The pizza itself was pretty good. I’m not a crust eater– but with the cheesy bread, I ate more crust than I normally would

wish i could give this pizza hut 1 star. could not order online because the website said it was offline, then when calling the person i spoke with did not understand english very well and did not know the new pizza selections pizza hut just came out with (skinny pizzas). called back because she forgot to take my credit card number then had someone else answer and it took us 15 minutes trying to communicate my card information, i ended up cancelling my order. That was a waste of my night.

Very very bad services special when a Latin employees works” off course basically your in U.S. They need to hire very good people speaking two languages cause they just hired them cause they have a degree that’s all but they can talk very good English when don’t understand you they just hang up on you.

The 2 times I’ve been able to order from here its been over an hour wait (i live 2 mins away) I’ve had to cancel one time it was over a 100 min wait i mean thats pretty ridiculous on a regular day also when i have tried to order online it wont recognize my address and when i call to tell them and if they could still honor the online deals all i get is «we cant do that online is online where at the store» no kidding! But its not my fault that your website wont recognize my address when you guys do! Its ridiculous!!! Oh and one time i called to cancel my order and the guy puts me on hold to talk to his friend on the other line how do i know because immediately after i was put on hold he comes on the line he says so yea… someones name. what the fuck and i say excuse me he says sorry one moment and passes me the manager!!! I hate this pizza hut and its a shame because their new pizza options are great but pizza hut just doesn’t keep up with their standards i guess :(

I have to say that I’m not impressed with the pizza hut app. It’s slow and it took me at least 15 minutes to place my order online.
They sent me an e-​mail stating that they would take approximately an hour which they did.
Delivery guy called me and I could barely understand what he was telling me, of course he didn’t speak a drop of English. To make matters worst, he was lazy and didn’t even deliver to my door. I live in a gated community and there is a side entrance for deliveries to come in. His excuse, «oh I didn’t see the gate open». He tried to side track me my complimenting on my dog that went down with me. I was nice enough to give him a tip when in reality I wanted to tell him what a lazy ass he was.
Moving forward, I ate my large pizza meat lovers and a side order of 7 ½ wings. I say that because the order was suppose to have 8 however, there was one the could not make sense if it was a chicken wing or just the bone. At least the taste of my pizzas and wings was good. I guess it made up for the long wait, the lazy driver, and the time I spent placing order on the Pizza Hut app.
I would definitely consider choosing another Pizza Hut location to place my order next time.

Worst service ever. Waited for pick close to an hour. They did not even have my order. They had to ask me what i ordered again. While waiting I witness the phone rep. Put customers on hold until they hung up. Just a mess.

This Pizza Hut is garbage! I have done delivery and take-​out both resulted in a low quality pizza. Delivery took more than an hour both times that I ordered and pizza came cold like it had been sitting out the entire day. For the price, which is pretty steep considering its a national chain, I would prefer to support a local mom and pop joint. Never ordering here again

Small Pizza Hut with a Very friendly staff, Quick Service and in the middle of Calle Ocho. Can’t complain.

It’s Friday night, there is little but left-​overs left in the refrigerator and no one really feels like cooking. The kids all yell, «Let’s order pizza!» Pizza Hut to the rescue. This is my Pizza Hut for delivery, but since I like to place my orders via the Internet, I have to «carry out.» It amazes me sometimes that within 15 minutes, I can arrive after placing my order and my food is ready and waiting. My only complaint about this Pizza Hut will ever be that the parking lot is always full. Currently, they only offer carry out for Internet orders, but that may well change some day and then, I will have no complaints about this Pizza Hut. (This is a delivery only location, not a restaurant.)
