Quest Diagnostics – WestBird Shopping Plaza

There are times in life when one encounters people that are rude and incompetent. This particular location is filled with them. If you are ever in need of having to collect stool samples to drop off at a lab drive a little further and go elsewhere! My son has been dealing with a stomach bacteria and we have been at this for over 3 months. When they don’t give you the wrong collection bottles, they fail to give you all the instructions then once you take time off to bring it in the person will tell you that whoever told you that before was wrong but they have no way of knowing who you dealt with. One lady even had the nerve to say that the doctor didn’t know what she was doing. Furthermore, half the time they have you standing at the window and they are talking to other coworkers furthering increasing the chances of screwing up your labs. Aweful place!
