My parents are elderly and visited this gas station because it has full service. They are aware that there is an extra charge for full service and they were willing to pay. All their company trucks use this station. However, they decided to use it and when they arrived the gentleman told them that they were in the full service lane and would be charged more. They agreed but my mother got off to stick her card in and put her private pin. The gas attendant told her she couldn’t do that. That she needed to give him the PIN number. Again, she told him that she would pay extra, give him a tip but couldn’t give him the private pin so she didn’t mind getting off to do that part. He told her if she didn’t give him the pin she couldn’t pump gas there. With all the identity fraud going on, really? They have to be participating in it if they can’t understand the fear of people giving that info. Long story short, they left and now gave the company trucks and their business to a competitor. Some employees can sometimes ruin a business. Definitely, this man was not a business man, just a gas pumper.

New pumps, new name, no longer citgo! Glad to see this place has been cleaned and spruced up, especially considering that it’s smack in the entrance of the Gables. I didn’t check to see if the same staff was there as I was in a pinch for time. The staff was always pleasant. Now only if the gas prices were to be lowered. … One can wish!
