Nathan had been a patient for over 5 years. Leda has served him before he could tell her what was wrong. She is very patient and great with kids! Hearing aids are not for kids. My son treats his like gold and it still breaks or requires service quarterly. SFENT is always available and 3 locations to serve my son’s needs. 5 years and they continue to give 5 star service again and again!

Dr. Arrieta the best of the best when it comes to Ear, Nose and Throat. He operated my daughter from her adenoids and put tubes in her ears. Mad respect for him ever since. On top of which he’s a super nice guy. He’s always taken good care of my whole family. His whole staff is superb. Makes you want to come back always.

This runs more like a factory than a doctor’s office. There are too many doctors working out of the same office, which leads to a steady stream of patients and makes it hard for any patient to feel like they are receiving personal attention. The worst thing about this place, though, is that they recently started requiring patients(old and new alike) to sign an arbitration agreement that gives them a huge legal advantage in the event that one of their doctors makes a big mistake. Basically, they have chosen to opt out of medical malpractice insurance but expect the patient to sign over any rights to suing them if one of their doctors is negligent. The document claims that it is a voluntary agreement between patient and doctor and that the patient consents to it without duress. However, if you don’t sign, they don’t allow you to see the doctor so how is that voluntary or without duress? Personally, if a company does not feel confident enough in their doctors to provide medical services without coercing patients into relinquishing rights to which they are entitled, then I don’t feel comfortable enough to be treated by one of those doctors. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this practice of theirs because asking patients if they are willing to sign is one thing but withholding treatment if they do not agree to is simply unethical and bad business practice.
