Never such a comprehensive eye exam.
Such a friendly doctor, wish I could remember his name, he was Jamaican.
The selection of glasses are high-​end and stylish.
It was everything good you would associate with a «Pinecrest» store.

After going to other places for glasses, I realize that Specs Appeal has the BEST customer service and the best choice of frames!!! The other place gave me thick horrible looking lenses TWICE! Why didn’t they tell me upfront that I have to get the thinner lens because of my prescription? And then they make me feel like the BITCH because I’m not happy with the lenses. This has never happened with Chris & his staff. They always get it right the first time and the customer always leaves happy! I have never had to send back a pair of glasses for any reason. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, just head straight to Specs Appeal. You won’t regret it!
