Horrible customer service, plus only 2 employees manning the entire store! 1 who couldn’t leave the register, and another who didn’t want to. Truly incredible the lack of responsibility and that both employees had no inclination of helping me find what I was looking for. After retrieving the SKU number off the merchandise I was interested in purchasing, they didn’t even have it in stock. I’ll never come back here and I do not recommend anyone else to do so either. Very upset and disappointed. It is very clear that Staples will not be around for much longer.

Who charges 50 cents to scan one page and on top of that 25 cents to transfer it to my USB or email it to you! Money making scam. Would never go to Print shop at Staples.

tried to return something of high value, unopened, still with plastic packaging, currently for sale at the same store for full price, but Staples would only give me ²⁄₃ of the price, even though I pointed out that they would just put it right back on the shelf and sell it to someone else for the full price.
even spoke to Corporate, President’s Office, and they said too bad!
will never buy anything from staples again.

So, I came to this store to pick up rolls of paper for my credit card machine and picked up the wrong ones by mistake. I went back and the young lady, Jacqueline (may have been the manager on duty) gladly took the already opened package and simply said,“that’s not a problem”. She asked Cynthia to page one of the co-​workers to assist me in locating the correct ones. Cynthia did just that, in a very professional voice and a pretty smile. The young man (sorry, didn’t get his name) came and walked me to get the ones that fit my machine.
Now, that’s what I call great customer service.

Lately I seem to be visiting office supply stores quite often. Today my business partner and I walked over to this location to get a list of items we needed to get an office organized. I really like Staples. Office Depot seems to have larger stores and maybe more of a variety. Yet I don’t like their prices.
Sure they send you a gazillion coupons at OD but it makes me wonder why? Well because most of the time their prices are higher.
This particular store is clean, well organized and they have a very friendly staff. If your ever having a hard time finding something I can always easily find a staff member to help me. No matter what location I visit I find they have the most helpful people.
Good variety of all your office needs. Reasonable prices with great service.

Across the street from my office, this place was my go to place for office supplies. Even though I have a corporate account with the competition, I found that most of the time I ended up saving money, even buying in small quantities.
I have since moved to a different location, but still remain loyal to this store, these guy solve my immediate supply problems and I always get good service.

While I was recently out shopping for office supplies in my neighborhood, I decided that I had too many empty ink cartridges at home and should find out how to properly recycle them. The manufacturer’s web site was very helpful and I was surprised to find that my neighborhood Staples store would not only recycle the cartridges, but I could also earn some Staples Rewards for bringing the empty cartridges in. I’ve had some successful shopping deals at Staples and while it’s not the closest office supply store in my neighborhood, it’s starting to clearly become the better one.
