I frequent this location maybe once a week. I have never had bad service or had to wait a long time for my order as some of the other reviews mentioned. I don’t know if I am lucky or what but it has always been quick and efficient. A Starbucks is pretty much a Starbucks no matter where you go and I feel this location is not a standout or under achiever but just what you would expect when visiting a national chain. They always get my order right and that is above average for other fast food in the area.

It’s star bucks not much to be said but the wait time for the orders is extremely long. Almost every time I’ve gone here for a drink I always seem to forget it’s going take up 15 to 20 mins

Starbucks is pretty consistent no matter which location you go to. This one is a hop skip and a jump from my work so I visit quite often and have never had any major issues. Sometimes service is slow and sometimes it is fast… sometimes staff is friendly and sometimes not so much. I guess it all depends on when you go and who is working. Even during the morning rush, I’ve always been able to find a table to sit and finish up some paperwork. I like the fact that this one has the convenience of a drive-thru window when I’m on the go.

There are some places you walk into and immediately you feel like grabbing a book and curling up on the nearest couch with a warm cup of coffee. This place makes me feel that way. Just the smell of it makes me happy. True it’s a commercialized coffee joint and I prefer smaller mom and pops that really have couches for curling up but as far as commercialized goes… This one makes a mighty good double chocolate chip frappauccino. The barista service was friendly and relatively quick. The drive through line was long so I walked in. Nobody in line. In and out with a tasty bacon and Gouda sandwich and a frap in under 5 minutes. Their selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches was plentiful. As many times as I’ve come here the only thing they have ever been out of was the cold pressed orange juice which is surprisingly very good for a bottled juice. Tastes of fresh oranges and nice with a breakfast sandwich when one is not in the mood for coffee(which tends to happen from time to time). The place is clean. There is outdoor seating if you wish. No complaints. Give it a try.

I love this Starbucks location. It’s not as busy as the rest and Robeks is right next door.

Like this Starbucks it’s not always slammed with people stealing their WIFI for hours. Lol, however service is pretty good, very friendly didn’t give a 5 star cause they sometimes prioritize the drive thru instead of the customers inside waiting

I haven’t been back here since my last review, really. Unless it was to buy whole bean coffee as a last resort. Today, we decided to stop in for convenience. But that backfired. 2 people in line, 4 people on the floor. Someone PLEASE tell me why it took me 10 minutes to get a tall coffee & a tall iced coffee. Literally two of the most effortless drinks in the history of Starbucks beverage crafting. There was a nice couple that waited for their mobile order — longer than I waited — and they were there before me. The guy behind the bar was messing up drinks left & right, also because they were marked wrong — and no one cared about their own incompetence. And the cleanliness of the store? Let me just say I’m glad I didn’t order anything that required milk. There were a bunch of milk jugs all over the counter, the steaming pitchers were all over the place and not being rinsed at all. PS– bacteria in milk starts growing at 150 degrees. Or, ya know, by sitting out for 15 minutes. Per the Starbucks healthy & safety standards. Never coming back.

Every time I make an attempt to stop by the drive thru is useless. They should just close it. Need to take a day off to use the drive thru. TOOSLOWWWWWW

Truly the worst service of any Starbucks on the planet. I hate to write bad reviews, but I’ve been here twice and both visits were disappointing. The first time, I waited at the counter for more than 10 minutes for a scone that they had forgotten. I politely asked about it after five minutes and got a vague«it’s on the way». Today I went through the drive-up and was told that I needed to park and wait for my iced coffee. After ten minutes I went inside and asked about it … five minutes later they finally gave it to me, no apologies for the wait. Zero sense of customer service or urgency. I’ll be heading down the street to Dunkin’ from now on.

So… Internet has been down for days… Employees have no word on fix… Every time I’ve been there, there’s these small black fly looking bugs flying all over inside the store… Some inside the men’s bathroom on the mirror… AC duck in the men’s bathroom looks like it was last cleaned a year ago… Is this place safe to eat or drink??? What’s corporate, GM,… Or even the managers think? Sad… Employees are friendly and smile and greet customers… All I can blame is the management for poor training… 11÷15÷15 another disappointing day as I watch an employee too busy chatting with another employee instead of finishing customer orders. The tall skinner framed barista is busy wanting to know everything the drive through chick is doing. Meanwhile he tosses a jug of empty milk across the room into the trash can by the wall… These peeps got no manners or customer service skills. Only girl really working was the blonde girl taking orders. I can only blame management…

Literally SLOWEST. STARBUCKS. EVER. I only come here when I have to, because I only ever do drive thru, and regardless of the time of day the line is always wrapped around the place. Today I went in and they had SIX employees and they were moving at a glacial pace. They had no ice coffee ready. THEREISNOONEHERE, and I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes.

What can I say about Starbucks that you don’t already know? I’ve become obsessed with chai tea lattes with soy milk & an extra pump of chai. Thank me later. Drive thru is convenient, especially if you have kids, but at times the drive thru is insanely packed and slow. Still worth it for my coffee.

This Starbucks has repeatedly let me down. They can’t seem to get the orders right, and unlike other Starbucks that I’ve been to, they don’t even comp you when they mess up. On several occasions, I have witnessed the employees giving each other attitude. It seems to happen whenever they’re really busy. They seem to be lacking a «system» for getting things in running order when they’re in peak busy times. I like to add vanilla powder to my drink, and during my recent visit they had ran out at the counter. I went over to the bar and asked the barista if I could bother him for some vanilla powder. He told me they don’t have any. He asked another employee, but the other employee didn’t seem like he wanted to be bothered by having to search for the vanilla powder. I walked over to the prep counter and opened their bottom cabinet — what do you know? Not one, or two, but SEVERAL large bottles of vanilla powder!!! I understand that I probably shouldn’t have taken it upon myself to open the cabinet, but it seems like I know their inventory better than they do. In my defense, the cabinet is underneath the help-yourself customer prep counter. ;) with that said, and now that my vanilla powder obsession is clear, I won’t be visiting this Starbucks very often. If I happen to be in that area, I’ll hold my Starbucks craving for when I’m near a better one of their locations.

Very slow drive thru line. Please open another Starbucks that can handle the amount of customers in area.

I have a slight Starbucks addiction, which is fine, right? A lot of people do and lead perfectly normal lives. This location gets two stars only because they have a drive through. Maybe I’ve just been really, really unlucky, but my order is always screwed up here. Yesterday I had to send my drink back twice(chai tea latte) because it tasted like a ball of sugar. I get the exact same drink every time I go to Starbucks and this is the only location with a problem. Also, the soy milk was clumpy and the girl at the register tried convincing me that it was normal. The only time I’ve ever seen clumps in soymilk have been at this Starbucks and when it goes bad in my own refrigerator. Sorry, but I think I’m officially done giving this place chances. Drive a few blocks down to the location on 137th Ave.

Had my usual quad shot over ice with 1 pump chocolate(I usually get 2) and a little whip. Not good. I think they made me an Americano(because it was watery), I didn’t taste the chocolate at all(my bad for not going for the usual 2 pumps) and the whip had zero sugar in it. I actually dumped it into the trash. If I’m gonna ha e the insane amount of calories that real whip cream has it better be damn good. It was not. On another occasion I asked them to make me a quad shot blended with a banana and chocolate. I shouldve specified sans ice because it tasted like air. :/ The baristas here are nice though. Ill give them that.

WOWZER yesterday this place let me down! As one of my mother’s presents I got her a gift card, and when you register on online with the card you get a free drink on your birthday. So we went and I ordered my drink(caramel macchiato) and snack(very berry something lol) and the guy starts to make the drink finishes then goes to my mom and takes her order. He says its $ 5. and change and my mom says no I get a free one today and he says yup. Confused at this point. He hands her the receipt and he charged her for the coffee, she then explains that he charged her and then he says yup, getting the coffee to you now. This kid was new how I know because while making my drink he looked through the book to see what is in it. No biggie, you’re new you’re new and ya gotta learn but when you are told 3xs that you’re not supposed to charge and in response say yup the coffee is coming you have to have some loose screws. I look at my mom and tell her forget it he is lost. So as he prepares her drink another worker comes in and he is talking up a storm with his buddies… he takes over my moms drink, hands it to her, and my mom hands it back saying its wrong. He then continues to be a chatter box with his buddies and makes it over. This place is so good — I have never had anything bad to say about it until now.
