the staff is amazing the only reason i gave 1 star is for the manager Victor Dominguez. he is a horrible manager. did he pay his way to become a manager because honestly a 6 year old would be better. i have witnessed him numerous times being rude to customers as well as harass his employees. i do not ever go back their to order but i have gone back to take witness of his abuse towards his workers and will try to build a case against him unless he is fired. seriously how do u guys hire someone that harasses and abuses their workers and is rude to customers. wow just wow. i feel for the employees no person should have to be harassed while at work. fore this sad excuse for a human being. i may continue to go back and write reviews on what i see until he is fired. if u come here come for the amazing staff and please tip them nicely cause they get abused. i will no longer buy anything from this store but i will go in and tip them daily cause they deserve it.

This is a pretty good Starbucks location. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Their coffees are consistently good quality and so is their food. Only take away is that the parking lot there is pretty small.

I visit Starbucks 4 or 5 times a week and never, ever any employee had told me what I join in this particular Starbucks located at 8960 SW Sunset Drive (72) St Miami Fl., when there was still nearly an hour to close, buy something and asked him is as warm as it should sell it, and he said no because he already had all off, clear that no manager, and no one to tell, the poor service, and never more return here is not the first time something happens to me here.

I visit all the Starbucks in Miami depending where I am meeting clients during the week. I can not start my day, without having my Caramel Cappuchino. I love to frequently visit the Starbucks in Sunset, Pinecrest, Doral and Kendall on 107 and 137. The staff is always friendly and they already know me. The line moves quickly. I enjoy seeing students studying with friends and people meeting with customers or colleagues.

I love this STARBUCKS location on Sunset and 87 Ave it’s awesome the staff is friendly and coffee and Birthday Cake Pops are amazing so far this is the only location that never runs out of Birthday Cake Pops wow because whenever I usually go to STARBUCKS they always run out of Birthday Cake Pops I just wish there was a Drive Thru so far this location is great
PS:They’re building a new STARBUCKS on Sunset and 117 Ave in front of BJ’S WHOLESALE CLUB check it out

Small but nice, I always have a Cappuccino my favorite drink, the members are friendly and some of them already know me, maybe because I come here to often. The only bad thing it’s the parking lot it’s kind of to small if you have a big truck but other than that it’s fine.

My drink ended up fine, but first they made it with whole milk, even though I ordered and my receipt said skim. Then they made it with sugar free caramel which tastes so weird to me. I ended up ordering a third time and getting a totally different drink. The drive thru is also really odd. You are in an alley. Weird

Egg white Chicken sausage wrap is horrible. Other than than its a typical Starbucks with friendly staff and good coffee plus free good wifi. Ill come back again and again.

The Starbucks is on the corner of 87 in a strip mall. It’s your typical Starbucks but I’m extremely happy with this one. The staff know their regular customers and are extremely friendly and warm even though you may be new. I tend to be coming only on the mornings and I’m very happy with them!

Not all Starbucks are the same as it may appear… This one though is one my favorites. The staff = super friendly — and they remember a face, well not mine, my sons but hey if you saw him you wouldn’t forget his cuteness either.
Any who after the flirting between my son and the barista my drink and snack was served up quickly! Perfect temp perfect taste — delicious.
Smooth fun transaction once again at Starbucks. :-)

I drive out of my way to make THIS location my regular Starbucks!
The staff is awesome, and I feel like because the parking situation can get a little tight people don’t flock to this location. I like that because I can get in and out fairly quickly.
I’m super happy with my coffee here, every single time!

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. Last time I was here the line took for-​e-​ver b/​c a woman decided to order «Kid Cappuccino… Kid White Mocha… Kid Caramel Macchiato» for her rugrats. After wishing her a long, sleepless night filled with crazy kids crawling up the walls, I finally ordered my fix and was well on my way — after waiting another 20 minutes for the caffeine crackhead kiddies to get their fix.

Friendly staff, cleanliness is OK by Miami standards but the huge drawback would be the coffee itself. 80% of the time I come in, the brewed coffee isn’t fresh.
