Walked in and immediately received big celebrity reality tv show salon attitude. Seriously? Walked out.

Cannot recommend. Instructions were not followed. It appears it is their way, would not be going back.

This is a 1 star for customer service. I own a nail salon and we preach and live by customer service. I watched a gentleman walked in 1 min, literally 1 min before I tried to pull the door, closed. They just started. since one person was working and making money, shouldn’t the others do the same? Guess no one wants to go the extra mile today. Don’t forget, your business make sales by tending to the customers. This is why im giving you one star. My nail salon, we service our clients until they are done and satisfied. Sometime we are there 2 hours past, but that what we do… go the extra mile.

Super frusturating. Made an appointment, got there at 2:45(the exact time of my appointment) and they took someone else. What’s the point of making an appointment? Ridiculous.

It’s a shame that they abuse from the demand, I call to make an appointment and they told me that they don’t take appointment, but when I arrive they have 6 people in front of me that are not in the salon but on the list that make a «reservation» 30 minutes before jajajaja what a Joke. «0» customers service in top of the situation they start arguing. The customer time is as valuable that this people’s time.

After 10 years, I had enough today, never coming back. Service is super slow, I called ahead, and wasn’t in the list, waiting time is super long any day, any time, any everything.

Been coming here for 5 years because it was convenient and cheap. NOMORE. The staff is incredibly rude and have no respect for the wait-line. — They run their list on a piece of paper and call up people randomly(I think its favoritism). — A 20 minute wait really means 40min to an hour. Come here if you want a mediocre haircut, your time wasted and your place in line not respected. — When I complained about how the line was being ignored, the front desk guy calls me rude… WHAT??? As a place that runs on Customer Service, all the staff deserve a zero.

First time there. Didn’t have much expectations but tommy was soooooo GREAT! He styled my hair and cut better than I could have asked for! With a little past shoulder length hair-a lot of hair which he textured it out to feel lighter– A wash, cut and blow dry was $ 50 … I will def come back !!

I’ve been bringing my kids to Supercuts here in Aventura for about four years now. The last couple of times they’ve had Yanet cut their hair and she’s done a pretty good job of it. Well, today I had a «moment». My last«real» haircut was October ’11 and by now I had hair down past my shoulders and found myself just doing the working mom thing and tying it up in a ponytail and forgetting about it. How unglamorous of me, and me being a Unilocaler and all. A trendsetter you might say: P Besides, there’s only so much you can do yourself to your hair without octopus arms and the back of my hair was a STATE… of emergency. It was getting to the point where there were nests within nests if I didn’t tie it up, even at night. I was in danger of choking some poor unsuspecting suitor to DEATH in the bed chamber with the unruliness that it had become. Pinning short haircuts to a Pinterest board in order to inspire me finally set the wheels in motion and I said to myself. FUNKIT!!! LESGOOOOO!!! Where? Who do I trust? Who do I trust with my children? So forgoing all the high end salons I know, with their high end prices, I decided to trust Yanet at Supercuts. Alright, I don’t know about you, but I’ve never been to a salon with vibrating chairs at the sinks. It was an unexpected pleasure. And the wash was great, and long and massaging and… zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Anyways, despite there not being a huge muah muah muah bullshit session with glasses of wine or champagne, and despite the language barrier, Yanet GOTME, I told her exactly what I wanted(and sometimes it’s hard to explain to a hairstylist what you want when you are dressed in work clothes) and BOY did she deliver. Maybe it helps to go in knowing exactly what you want, with an idea in your head AND a couple of pictures in hand. I’m not a talker and she didn’t blather on about stupid stuff which is a major plus for me. Her phone rang numerous times and she ignored it, another major plus for me. My one and only gripe was that the hair dryer was a little too hot at times, but then, I never use a dryer at home, perchance my widdle delicate scalp ain’t use to such torture. $ 40 for a wash, cut and blow dry. Fargin Peanuts!!!
