How is this Taco Bell rated as a five star fast food restaurant? The service sucks, the employees are rude you are trying to order the food but they don’t give you a chance to finish. They just talk over you like if they know what you are going to order. Some of the employees don’t understand English. After I got home, the food was not the way I had ordered it. The whole order was wrong. The meat is just nasty. The whole thing was just eww. They never complete the orders the way its supposed to be done. It’s always been the same problem at this Taco Bell. This place has to provide the customers with the service they deserve and the food they are paying for or else people are just going to stop coming here.

I know it’s bad for you, but the volcano tacos rock! Just not at this location. They tasted funny and the service was horrible. I thought I was in a third world country that served cold fast food.

HOW this Taco Bell could have a 5 star rating is totally beyond me! I waited in the drive-thru queue for about 5 minutes behind a single car. I understand that perhaps it was a complex order so that’s not where the stars come off. Stars came off after the waiting counter hit 5 minutes and the guy’s order ended up being one tiny bag. Wtf? Whatever. I got my order in about 90 seconds after pulling up and drove home to eat. Every single item is BROKEN. The shells are smashed, the soft bread is soggy, it’s just «ew».
The place wasn’t even busy inside or out. I tried and can’t even finger a possible excuse for such a poor experience!
This Taco Bell gets 2 stars because the food was at least the right colour and hot.
