Love the clothes of course but even more … Love the staff!!! Great customer service

The customer service was awesome. I really wish I could remember the name of the sales associate that was helping me, she was so incredibly sweet. All of the sales associates were friendly and helpful, I look forward to returning soon

Great place to shop for business casual/​professional attire. The quality of the clothes is really good. Since I have their credit card they are always sending me coupons which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend The Limited if you’re looking for work clothes.

Pretty line of clothing, reasonable prices for the quality. Nice location, very neat and attentive floor staff.
The counter staff sucked! They should replace those lame-​brain tweens with the polite and mature (not necessarily in age but in attitude) staff walking the floor. When you take my money, I would appreciate some kind of acknowledgment (a look in the eyes, perhaps, or even a faked smile would do). The moron that took my money did neither, nor even give me a hint that the transaction was finalized. I stood there like a dummy wondering if we were done because she didn’t even hand me my purchase. After my polite «am I finished» went unanswered, I snaked my hand under her face and rapped on the counter loud enough to be heard across the mall and asked her again (this time not so politely), «am I finished?». That got her attention, even though the glazed look in her eyes never quite vanished. Where do they find these idiots? And what a shame because now, I don’t want to go there any more, pretty clothes or not.

This location has the largest store. Two floors, with a third level designated for all the sale items. Sophisticated style, modern fashion forward clothing that is feminine.
From the moment you walk in you are greeted by their friendly staff. The manager of this store and all his associates are incredible. They put the right person in charge of this location. Never have I been in a more upbeat atmopshere with lot’s of enegy and staff just wanting to help you ensemble a whole new wardrobe.
They are all very well trained and you always purchase more things then you went for. But it’s all good, because they suggest trying on things you normally would not think twice about.
Clothes, are great quality, can be a bit pricey but then again they always send good specials through e-​mail and regular mail.
I normally like their dresses and skirts. Sometimes, their clothes can be more on the conservative side, great for business attire but also great for those occasions when the husbands boss takes you out for dinner.
This store is always on my list, because I have never had such superb, professional, honest, well trained, energetic, helpful, people all in one store. Very well stocked, clean, organized, and a true pleasure to shop in. From dresses, business suits, blouses, accessories, they will have something to please you.
