I meant to give this business a 5 star rating the first time I went. The second time I wish I could give 10. Thanks Laura! You guys got it going on.

Best vape shop experience! The woman there was so helpful and nice. She had interesting shapes of pipes, including concealable pipes. Definitely a cool place

This store is a crooked, insulting piece of shit that needs to be shut down. Wish I could give it zero stars!
This corrupt anti-​customer venue is a couple blocks away from me. I recently bought an attachment to my vape pen. The attachment did not fit into any of my pen batteries properly and would not hit. When I brought it in to exchange the faulty item they would not take it back! This was not even expensive, it was a $ 7 defective peice o crap.
The worst part was the girl clerk kept trying to blame me for it not working with multiple different reasons of how I messed it up, when it was blatantly obvious the item was no good.
I explained and demonstrated how the item does not properly screw into any pens in the store and they basically told me to f*** off. Not sure how selling a faulty item to a patron who lives down the street from you and then rudely telling him he is worthless and is stuck with the fraudulent purchase is good business.
I would say far away from this store. There is a much better and nicer alternative 8 blocks South of it on Biscayne.

This place is great! They have a huge selection of just about anything you could ask for. The girl that works there is awesome, my boyfriend and I got there late but she helped us pick a kick ass hookah. I was so happy with the product and the help we got from the girl working! We will be going back for anything we need for our hookah.

Excellent customer service by barbie!!! My wife and I were a novice hookah smoker and we’re in the market for a new hookah. We have been to a couple of stores from Broward County to Dade County and we were very disappointed at the selection, until we walked into this shop no other shop had the selection that this one provided. As everybody knows how indecisive women can be. My wife had me in there for 2 hours askin Barbie of all types of questions. She answered every one and had a lot of jokes in between. By the time we left the store we felt like professionals!!!

Great selection, good products, yummy and wide variety of e-​juices (which is what I happened to be shopping for on this particular occasion) awesome hookahs, super clean shop in good Miami location– parking in he back which, as you Miamians know, is a big deal– and EXCELLENT customer service. I was helped by BARBIE twice. She’s very informative, knowledgable, helpful and above all, friendly. Great stuff. When I’m in the Miami area will definitely come back.

Love this shop! Great variety, good prices. The girl that works here is very helpful and knowledgable. They have plenty of different pieces for all price ranges. Also an amazing collection of hookahs which you don’t usually come across. Best smoke shop in midtown by far.

I have been meaning to write a review for this place since I visited last week.
So I was in town for Ultra Music Festival and I must say, from being from California where there is a smoke shop on every corner, This was hands down the best shop I have ever been to EVER.
The girl working there was super friendly and nice the second I walked in. She helped me with any questions and was nice the whole time unlike most smoke shop employees.
On top of great customer service they had an awesome selection of glass and everything in between. She also said if I lived there if I ever wanted anything special they would order it for me and hold it there.
I recommend going here for any of your smoking needs!

Best Smoke Shop in the Biscayne area by far. Always the best variety and reasonable prices, love the genuine vibe you get from the staff!!!
