LOVE THIS PLACE! the workers are sooooo helpful and nice. They have sales going on all the time and its not a messy store compared to other VS

This store is ALWAYS congested & it’s not even an outlet! Be prepared to spend 1 – 2 hours either waiting in line or finding help/​fitting room/​open cash register. I spent an hour trying to find help because the majority of the employees speak broken to very little English.
I’d recommend the VS at Miami International mall (literally 3 – 5 minutes across the street), customer service is a bit better & there’s less people — making in/​out purchases better.

Had an amazing experience, I felt like I had my own personal shopper… Yahira was the girl who helped me, anything I asked for she was sure to find it! Will be back soon!

The store is disorganized and messy; the staff is rude and more preoccupied about socializing than helping customers.
During my last visit 3 cashiers chatting behind the counter while 1 cashier (apparently new) took care of 8 customers in line.
Love the clothes, hate the service.

I visit this store often only because its at the closest mall to me. The store has a great collection but i dont feel like i receive good customer service at this particular store. I often have to find someone for assistance and the line is always very long and disorganized.

I’ve been this Victoria’s Secret. several times. It’s okay. It’s large compare to other Victoria’s Secret stores. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that it’s ALWAYS packed and it’s ALWAYS changing the layout. I’m confused and annoyed when I go in. The staff isn’t that friendly or helpful in finding or giving ideas. One time, I asked an associate if they can size me because I wanted to get the correct bra. She looked at me annoyed for interrupting her conversation with another associate and just gave me my size. I wanted to ask her a question, but I changed my mind because of her attitude. Another time, I got pressure to open a Angel Card – which I already had. I wish they would be more helpful then to ask me every five minutes about a Angel card and the promotion to get the discount.

VS store every where (most of the time) always peak and messy :) specially when they have special promotion or big sale or new stuff coming, forget it… you need to wait on the line for this things. I am not the person willing to make a line for all this, I can wait till slow day like weekdays during office hours when people still work and I am doing my personal shopping :)
Honestly we bought this famous brand, some of their stuff so pricey, no sense to spend few hundred dollar only for little things… well that’s my opinion. I can use that money for something more important than VS brand, something more valueable.

So many people, so much selection… DONT KNOW WHERE TO TURN =) They are always packed, but can’t tell: due to the room they have. Check out is just as fast: I block the outside world and focus on me. What my pampering needs are…

Awesome and just fabulous. I basically like everything… I especially like their make up stuff and shoes. In addition, I particularly like their clothes especially beach wear. For instance, i purchase several swim suits. I like you alot and did I mention friendly customer service. See you soon Victoria Secret :) :)…friendly staff and excellent customer service equals a happy and satisfied customer :)

I’ve always had a great experience at this store. The employees are helpful and courteous.
The quality of their garments is really good.
This is the only store where I shop for lingerie, body cremes and of course, the array of pink collection shirts, pants and hoodies!
The website often has a lot of good sales and great customer service.

Dear Victoria’s Secret,
Yes, you are THE mega store of all mega stores… Probably the largest Victoria’s Secret in Miami. But that is what your downfall is.
I LOATHE to come into this location. I actually cringe. I can’t tell you the countless times, I have just dropped all of my stuff where I was standing and just WALKED out because I couldn’t deal with the insanity that is this store. And though I made it through to complete a purchase here last weekend, I guess I just have to let you know.
The pitfalls:
*Always cluttered, messy and disorganized. One can forget finding what they want, and should stick to what you have. Everything is just a re-​stocking disaster…
*Rude staff that don’t seem to know what they’re doing or have manners; as if you are inconveniencing them by asking a question or for assistance with sizes…
*Complete chaos of customers — it’s always OVER crowded with so many people that I become claustrophobic…
I hope you guys can one day find some kind of organizational plan for this store. You have the potential because of your size and capability for holding so much of the glorious VS merchandise. Now just get it together please!

Before I start to say anything negative about the store, let me say that in any Victoria’s Secret store I’ve been to the customer service is always excellent.
That said, I used to like their products, I can’t say the same anymore. They are overpriced. I would always go for the deals, summer sales, free panty sales, and beginning of the year sales, to name a few. However, I have had about 3 of their bras, which have cost me $ 40 – 45 break apart in less than a year. It is ridiculous! I have bras from Walmart (yes, Walmart!) that have lasted longer!
I am still a fan of their panties, but I have found I can get the same quality panties from Old Navy.
Another positive thing I have to say is that I much prefer their online site to their actual stores. They have way more variety and I’ve never had a problem with the products. I’ve purchashed quite a few bikinis from there at reasonable prices.
I say, you want sexy, go to Fredericks of Hollywood. You want comfort, go to Gap and Old Navy.

I am impressed with their attempts at making your experience better. Its still kind of crazy, but now you are greeted in English (thank you) and some of the employees: gasp: CARE!
