SCAM! We called another jet ski place in advance and reserved a jet ski. Since there are several places on pier we asked W.B. boat rental whether this was the place we had called(we spoke to a guy called Shawn). They said Shawn had just left, but they can give us the jet ski. Turns out Shawn doesnt work there(he called us back later and asked why we never came) and they straight out lied to us. Besides that we got unfriendly service, no security instructions, and they did not check any I.D. or drivers licenses. When we walked out another jet ski had just capsized and the W.B. were standing around laughing. Seriously guys??? We will NEVER rent from this place again and I seriously hope it gets shut down soon!

HORRIBLE! All you need to know about this place. Its a little hole in the wall and the staff are not organized at all, rude and just dont give a crap. My girlfriend and I just tried to do the kayaking and snorkleing and they just send you off on your mary way in a very unstable kayak and also the snorkeling goggles and masks were so dirty it looks like they havent been cleaned for a year. So we turned around and told the guy it wasnt safe and he just shrugged his shoulders and hardly spoke english. I told him i wanted to put the cost of what i apyed toward a jet ski and he just said no we dont do that. I would not waste my time with this place. 2 thumbs down

Had a wonderful time! We had a great captain and he took us wherever we wanted to go. Boat was nothing special but you get what you pay for. Definitely the highlight of our spring break!

We had the best time on this trip. Our captain was Bo and he made sure we had a great boat trip. We did a 4 hour trip out to a sandbar with 8 girls and recommend this to everyone! Thanks for a great day Bo!!!

I called Groupon after this and got the Groupon itself refunded but couldn’t get the cash deposit refunded because that was with the jet ski rental company. Horrible way to do business for Groupon. Whatever… I got a jet ski rental for $ 10 but from now on everything is through credit card so I can dispute it.

Recently came here and had a great experience. One of our jet skis had an issue and the attendant fixed it right away and added some extra time as well so it didn’t take away from our experience. We will definitely be renting from them again. Highly recommend checking out their GroupOn deal as they honored it right away.

DON’T BUYTHEGROUPON!!! My boyfriend and I decided to get the groupon for the Underwater Seadoo adventure that included: kayaking, snorkeling, and the seadoo for the snorkeling that takes you through the water. When we first called to redeem the groupon, we got in contact with the store manager, the guy gave use a time for the following day. About 10 minutes later, he texted us saying that day was not available, so decided to go the day after. After 20 more minutes he text us again saying that day is not a good day as as well. At this point I started feeling a little suspicious with the back and forth but we Finally we settled on a Friday at 10:30 am. First attempt: We got to the store Friday around 10:25am and no one was there. On the door, the open hrs states they open at 10am, but no one was there and the people working around the pier had no idea when they would show. We waited around for almost an hour calling the for guidance but the manager’s phone was turned off and his mailbox was completely full. About 4 days later, my BF was able to get in contact with the guy again, now I am not sure as to what his excuse was for him not answering the phone or why no one contacted us about our appointment the previous Friday but I am sure he had one. So at this time, my BF rescheduled for the following Friday at 10:30 am again. This time the guy said the Seadoo was broken so we could use one groupon for the both of us. Despite my anger over the first attempt to go to this place, I decided to give them another shot, which in hindsight was a terrible idea. Second attempt: The following Friday we got to the store around 10:20 am to again find no one there. My BF proceeded to call the manager over and over again to no avail. The guy had his phone turned off yet again. This time we saw another number inside the the store and decided to give that person a call to see what was going on. This number was apparently the owners number who«called» the store employee. He called us back at an told us the employee would be there in 10 – 15 minutes, this was around 10:50am. At 11:30, other people came by with the same complaint for never being able to get the manager back on the phone after scheduling activities with him. So now there are 4 people waiting for the employee to show up. At 11:45 the guy finally shows claiming to have a flat tire. For making us wait over an hour, the guy offered an extra hr snorkeling which we were not really interested in. So noon rolls around and we are ready to get started, we were sitting in the kayak waiting for the snorkeling gear when they guy come out to tell us he cannot find it. At this point I was livid. He offered to let us kayak and come back another time to do the snorkeling or a discount on a jet ski. I let the guy know I didn’t want to have anything else to do with this company with everything we had been through with them. So in a nut shell, we didn’t get to go one the underwater seadoo adventure, just wasted our time with these people. We are now in the process of getting our groupons refunded from this company.
