I was frantically looking for a place to get a wax on my way to the airport for a trip and just Unilocaled someone in my area. Josefina was saw me right away and is very kind, talented and obviously super knowledgable ! I’ll definitely be back for the great customer service and prices!

I just moved to Miami and I was in need of a brazilian. I found Josefina on Unilocal and I could not be happier with her services. She is located in the back of a salon; she does her work in a very simple room. I am very low maintenance, so this was perfect for me. Josefina is super friendly and extremely good at what she does, and who can argue the price!?! I will continue to use Josefina for my waxing needs.

I’ve used Unilocal for years but have never written a review yet, either good or bad. I had to this time because Josefina is awesome. She is so friendly, accommodating, and offers great prices. She always makes you very comfortable. She waxed me before my wedding and I had to keep going back because she does such a great job I don’t want to shave anymore. On the legs she uses the roll on which is perfect temperature and very fast. Probably faster than me shaving my legs. Bikini and underarms a different wax that works great. She is very skilled and her prices are great. Parking is easy in the lot next store. I will keep going until I move away!

Josefina is great. I have been having my eyebrows done by her for a year now. She takes her time and is very thorough.
I recently went to my regular hair salon and decided to get my brows done there because of convenience. Big mistake, now I am waiting for it to grow so that I can go back to Josefina to get it fixed!

I usually drive from Miami Shores to Downtown to body minute because, really, you can’t beat the 5 $ per body part waxing. However, parking a true nightmare and the place is a bit cold. But, again, is very cheap.
After a few months of doing that, I got sooooo annoyed of having to look for parking, that I went on a Unilocal search for a decent priced, good quality waxing place near home. I was pleased to find about this little place and decided to give it a try. I had to park on the street because I didn’t know about the private lot for customers. Not a big deal though.
I went in without an appointment and on a very short notice on a Friday afternoon. Upon my arrival I was greeted but the salon’s receptionist (btw Josefina is inside Arcayne salon,) then I was greeted by Josefina, who guided me to the waxing room.
Let me tell you, ladies, this is a small place and is not all luxury, is very simple, BUT what a good job she does. Her wax was roll on and I’m usually scared of roll on, but she had the perfect temperature and a good technique and friendly personality. She also uses hard wax for other parts.
Her prices are very affordable, so don’t hesitate to give her a try. She is truly the best, she truly waxes you! Not like other salons that overcharge and leave spots of hairs. Josefina takes her job very seriously.
I’m definitely coming back in about three weeks, LOL

I have been waxing with Josefina for 4 years now… before she was written up in all the great magazines… and they are not lying or got paid to rate her.
She is the best in South Florida… my waxing is always perfect and with little pain.
Her products are the best money can buy AND yet, her prices are extremely affordable… so «DO NOT DARE» to insult her with a discount. Don’t be cheap… ladies you know very well the prices out there and Josefina beats them all. And she gives you 5 star quality service and products.

Josefina is the best in South Florida. I drive from Fort Lauderdale for her painless and perfect waxing! She is professional, the space is always clean and she doesn’t recycle wax. Her rates are affordable and she is a great person. She definitely gives that personal touch (no pun intended) unlike the larger franchises.
