Papa John’s Pizza

Usually not to bad but my order is pretty simple if you read it. 15 – 25 pizza will be ready, online order. 25min go in, 1 well done pizza not done. So I sit and wait and while I’m waiting I hear somebody say it was suppose to have bbq sauce but it was wrong and they remade it. Long story short, pizza was suppose to be well done and because they screwed up and I was waiting they just through it through the oven once and sent me on my way won’t be back, hate soft pizza. Most all the drivers are the same since I worked there 15yrs ago, so I’m sure same management. She didn’t seem like a real give shat person back then lol

So, this may sound dorky, but my friend and I were pretty excited about American Idol on 02÷09÷11. We rarely dine out or pick up food and were very much looking forward to just getting a good pizza, sitting down and watching the show, and relaxing. We had timed our evening out just right so that the pizza would be piping hot and fresh just before we ate it. Now, I love about 6 miles from this Papa John’s and it would have been much more convenient (and cheaper) to grab Little Caesars or Pizza Hut both of which are MUCH closer to my home. But, alas, we really wanted Papa John’s so I drove to get it and was really looking forward to a nice night.
As I opened the door and walked in, the first thing I saw was an employee eating toppings with his bare hands for the world to see. I stared in total disbelief as I watched the same employee take the pizzas out of the oven and box them up, again with no gloves and right after I watched his fingers touch his mouth. Then my pizza was presented to me, which is one of the pizzas I just saw him handle with his filthy hands. I immediately asked to speak to a manager (who was all of 19) and she said she was sorry and asked if I wanted her to re-​make it. Um, yeah I want you to re-​make it AND I want you to wash your hands. She did not offer a discount, or free pop, or a coupon or anything. It was totally mishandled and I will never get pizza from there again.

Papa Johns is quickly becoming a solid go to option when looking to eat in the MC. The pizzas that we have had are hot, fresh and on time. A good option in a town with few of them.
