C-N-M Installations

We contacted several companies for quotes for replacing our gutters, and within an hour we received a call from C-​N-​M. The quote they gave us was surprisingly– nervously– low, but the pricing and numbers they quoted matched up with some of the other quotes we received so we decided to accept their bid. The day before the installation they arranged to have the materials dropped off, which turned into a bit of a comedy of errors as they lost communication with their delivery truck but the items did get dropped off that evening. The installation team showed up bright and early the following day and got to work. I think there could have been better communication between the foreman and the customers (us, inside our house the whole time) but they did respond quickly and professionally to the requests we initiated. We realized we had not brought our rain barrels out from winter storage, and as soon as we asked about them they pulled them out for us, set them up and adjusted the downspout to match their location. Certain promised add-​ons didn’t happen, but they weren’t actually part of the quote and we forgot to ask about them. They finished a lot earlier than we expected, and since my wife left to run errands at some point they assumed we both left, so just packed up and left themselves. I had no idea they were gone until the owner called asking for their final payment. I certainly can’t knock the work they did, the gutters look gorgeous, work like a charm, and the price can’t be beat. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
