This gym is located right behind the Wal-Mart off Carroll Island road. This is a simple gym with no contracts. They offer 14 treadmills, 7 elliptical machines, a few bikes, and a stair stepper. They have a decent amount of benches, free weights, smith machines, dumbbells, weight machines, and a separate an area. The cost is higher than planet fitness, but they have a few things that planet fitness doesn’t have. Pros: –Dumbbells that go over 100 lbs.(planet fitness stops around 60 lbs) –24 hour access –Never had an issue waiting for a machine –Equipment is in pretty decent shape –Lockers available Cons: –Pricier than most gyms running on the same business model –1 bathroom –1 water fountain that is difficult to find All in all this isn’t a bad gym if you’re looking for a 24⁄7 gym with a decent weight selection.

I was a member of the Glen Burnie club. They say no joining fees, yet they charged 19.00 to join. I was charged twice and when I called them about it, the guy argued with me about the charge, saying I should be checking my bank account, and refused to give it back, so I canceled the membership, and the guy argued with me able canceling, rather than just honoring my wishes. Not worth the headache, especially since no one is ever in there to speak to if you have a problem.
