Oak Grove Apartments and Townhomes

You do not want to live here. I will not be renewing my lease. I have complained about the building I live in on several occasions. The people who live upstairs are always throwing their trash (including dirty baby diapers) out the kitchen window only for it to lay in the grass behind the building for over a month. In the summertime nobody would bother to pick it up and when they cut the grass it would be scattered everywhere. The woman across the hall from me is constanlty smoking marijuana when you walk in the building its all you smell. The neighborhood is always trashy with plenty of darkness in the back of the buildings to allow drug deals and the like to occur on an almost nightly basis. I have complained to the rental office numerous times and have been told that since their on section 8 they cant do anything about it. That make no sense to me. They should have to follow the rules just like I do. The whole place has gone down hill since a new management company taking over. I had a maintance guy in my apt and his pants kept falling down to his knees and he wouldnt take the headphones off long enough to hear me. This place is weird, you wont like it.
