Awful awful awful. Very misleading sales crew and awful customer service. I was told my equipment would be free and included in package(basic equipment). Every person i spoke too gave me the same rah rah speech before I switched, now its just a too bad attitude.

DIRECTV has become very expensive over the years. From December 2013 to September 2014 the monthly bill has increased(60%) yes, SIXTY percent without changing from the top Premier programming package that includes the important HBO, Showtime and Starz channels. DIRECTV used to permit their customer service reps to give periodic promotional discounts, customer loyalty credits, however, no longer. Now all customer service is from the Philippines unless you tell them you want to terminate your service and then you will be routed back to the U.S. If you can I would stick with TV over the internet and establish a service like Netflix to watch movies and TV episodes. DIRECTV it appears to have forgotten that without the customer there is no business. There are many other options include DISH Network, Cable, Digital TV for local channels and the Internet of course. Another case of let’s get more money from our customers to keep our new owners AT&T happy.
