It’s an IHOP, same menu, clean, everything that you would expect.

This is our favorite IHOP. There is another location closer but this location had their act together, coupled with great service and attention to detail. Food is the IHOP typical menu, prepared nicely, reasonably priced. If you get here on a Saturday or Sunday morning after 9:30 you will have a 10 – 15 minute wait, it is just a popular place. Mother’s Day, Fuggetaboutit.

I love this IHOP I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a problem the food is always great and the waiters are very kind. Just yesterday my boyfriend and I went for breakfast and a friend was meeting us we asked for a coffee for our friend and the waitress we had asked if we just wanted her to bring it when he came. The second our friend sat down she had his coffee in front of him. I unfortunately can’t remember her name at this moment but when I do I will definitely write it down.

The place is in need of a face the seats have holes in them food and papers litter the floor. The service is good. The food is the same as other I hops. the price for what you get is OK.

The food came out cold and the pancakes, waffles were hard. The waiter was nice but never saw him. We finally went to the cashier to request the check. I will not go back.

I love IHOP, and there really is a difference between the various locations, even if it’s the same franchise owner. This IHOP is consistently one of the best.
I had the 2×2×2, with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and of course, yummy pancakes. Our party also had a Philly cheesesteak and the best onion rings.
Lovely waitress, timely service, tasty food, who could ask for anything more? Well… lower prices on the beverages.

Wow where did 2 years go? Strawberry cheesecake pancakes were a hit and the chicken crêpes were just as good as I remembered. Kids eat free now too! M-​F with adult entrée.

Food: came here for the usual breakfast food, eggs, bacon and pancakes. It’s the same as the other ihops, service is good and food average. Good place for breakfast or any other meal of the day.
Brew: coffee and the lemonades are always good with the unlimited pot, you can’t go wrong.

We all know that iHOP rules for breakfast. But I go there for lunch. That’s right, their salads and burgers ROCK! Do not be afraid to order «regular food» here… or pancakes… or waffles… or omlettes… That said, service can be a little slow during the lunch rush, so plan accordingly if you have to get back to work!

Huge omelettes, great service, a little pricey for breakfast, but you leave full. Friendly staff, even on a holiday. We stop here often when we drive through town. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, especially since the restaurant wasn’t that busy, however it was due more to previous users. We came the morning after a huge snow storm and the parking lot was well plowed and a heater was in the waiting area, which was nice to see.

Stopped in on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was not crowded. The waiter Michael (244) was right on the money. The food orders were accurate and very quick, he checked back a few times, and was friendly. The food was good and priced right. The restaurant was a little dirty. Our table was sticky and didn’t appear to be cleaned before we were seated there.

It was awful. That was an understatement actually. My wife had the chicken florentine crepes. They were kind of rubbery and upset her stomach. The pancakes were rubbery as well. I had to put ALOT of syrup to make mine okay. Avoid if you can. We only went because it was late. I wish we had gone somewhere else.

Standard IHOP. I went on a Sunday morning. It can get very busy. There are lots of families, especially since they have a balloon animal artist. The food is a bit expensive for what you get.

They now have new menus, and to pay for these new menus everything is priced 2.00 more! Had the steak omelet, was very chewy, told the waitress Danielle that the meat was gummy. She offered to reorder BUT I went for the Colorado omelet instead which was just perfect. My daughter had the bacon cheese burger, my wife had eggs over easy with the blueberry pancakes and all were fine. The only drawback is the wait is long on Sunday’s. Try till get in before church is out ;-)

I’ll start this review by saying, it’s an IHOP, really what do you expect? $ 7 bucks, pancakes, frozen blueberries, artificially flavored syrup. Breakfast? yes. Delicious? Not so sure. But your choices are limited in Middletown, so goto if you have to.
