My fiancé and I recently purchased our very first home with the help of Michelle. We had started our homebuying experience off with initially meeting with a realtor a friend had recommended who ended up being condescending, pushy and clearly didn’t want to waste her time with us. Already feeling very defeated, we decided to look online for a realtor with excellent reviews, who specialized in the Portland/​Middletown area and who had positive experience with first-​time home buyers. When we found Michelle online, we were a little nervous that because she looked young, she might not have as much experience or connections as older realtors might have. We decided to give it a shot and the second we met with Michelle, we were sold. She was professional yet very personable. She took plenty of time explaining every step in the process to us and answered our long list of questions very clearly. She also knew Middletown and the surrounding areas like the back of her hand. My fiancé and I ended up looking at 40 or so houses over a span of 4 months. Michelle was able to meet with us with just a day’s notice and was extremely patient and supportive as we kept changing our minds about where was the best location to buy. Once we found the house for us, Michelle was able to tap into her wealth of connections and recommend a home inspector and septic inspector that were both top notch. Throughout the entire process, we trusted Michelle, felt supported especially when we felt as though the right house would never come along, and felt as though she always had our best interests in mind. We would recommend Michelle without reservation, especially to first-​time homebuyers!
