Middletown Ford

I was looking online for a new car when I discovered Middletown Ford’s shop by payment system so I gave it a try and requested more information on 2016 Ford Fusions. I spoke with Dave in internet sales and he asked a few questions about income and what I was looking for. After we talked he said he was pretty sure they could get me into a car and told me he would pass my information off to one of the sales reps. Later that day Ken called me and we setup a time for me to meet him the next day. When I met Ken the next day I told him what I wanted and that was that. He didn’t try to pressure me into getting another car or something more expensive. Once I had the car selected I expected the hard part to be actually leasing the car but it was easy and no pressure! I had visited
to get a quote and they wanted me to drive 80 miles away to another ford dealership but actually the price Ken came back with after rebates and discounts for coming to them through the internet was CHEAPER than
. Yes I mean even if I added rebates and other incentives on
price Middletown Ford was cheaper. No hard sell for addons or accessories either, they just gave me my options and it was up to me on what I wanted. Obviously I could go on and on about how great of an experience I had there but really it was the first time I’ve bought a new car and I can definitely say I will be back.

We recently purchased an F150 truck from Middletown Ford. Six months later we were hit by a drunk driver so we wanted them to do the repairs. We feel a couple things were missed in the repairs but when we called them to let them know I must say they went OVER AND BEYOND to make sure it was made right. They listened to what we wanted and my husband was WOWED! the truck was spotless and the tinted windows were fabulous! We will recommend Middletown Ford to all our family and friends. My wife and I recently purchased a used SUV from Middletown Ford. The experience was quite positive, from the first time we contacted Christopher, to the moment Jaime handed over the keys. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. The negotiation process was about as transparent as I’ve ever experienced buying a vehicle and in the end, both parties were happy. I had a really awful experience here. I came in to look at new cars. The sales man refused to let me test drive the car I had came to the lot to see (2014 Fiesta) and instead insisted I drive a used 2011 model for it to be in my ‘price range’. I went along with it cause I didn’t remember exactly what the price range was. The price for the 2011 was more than the new models price according to Fords website, for a used car with less features. The KBB value on the used fiesta was 5k less then what I was quoted as a great price. Sales people were rude and talked to me like I was stupid for being confused on why I was being quoted prices were thousands more then MSRP on new cars during an apparent sale. It’s sad this is Middletown’s only ford dealer, definitely worth driving further and not getting ripped off.

Great place to deal with, friendly and accommodating. Ask to meet the owner Roosevelt Robinson, super nice guy. Staff are good natured, local folks, likely you know a few of them.
