I have visited three different TD stores in the area, and the Middletown TD team (all of them) are the absolute best I’ve ever had service my car. This visit started off when I first called to make an appointment and Dan helped me. Then when I walked through the door, there was Dan and Bill, extremely busy, yet they stopped to welcome me. Everything about this visit was a pleasant surprise, including the head mechanic (Brian) who worked on my car like it was his own prized possession. I was amazed at how well this team worked together and as I watched new customers come in, these guys showed a real passion to «customer service» at the best price possible. Thank you Middletown TD team. Keep it up.
