We purchased widows over the phone for my daughter who lives 3+ hours away from Odessa and ordered 8 large windows from Lowes, she had to p.u. and drive them home.
Had a few issues regarding the screens but after phones calls with manufacturer and Lowes we received the replacement. I want to thank DAN he was very helpful on the second p.u. of screens. Nice job!

We placed an order online and when we went to pick it up, the employees couldn’t find the item (a vanity). Feeling a little perturbed, we asked to speak with the manager. Mario C. came to the rescue! He was able to locate our item. If it wasn’t for Mario, we’d probably never shop at Lowe’s again. But because he did everything possible to make us happy, we will definitely be back.

I love Lowe’s stores, and this one is a very good one, it is a rather big one with lots of stock for almost every department.
I shop here often, and I like the customer service here more than the one at Odessa.
Highly recommended.

What’s not to like about this store? The employees are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. They don’t make you feel like a dumb-ass when you ask stupid questions. And, the prices are reasonable.
I went in today to buy a cordless circular saw. They had some on special, but I found the clearance rack and discovered a gem; a combo kit with an 18 volt drill, flashlight, circular saw, battery and charger for only $ 39. The sales guy said it was a display so it was «as is». Not a problem. I left very happy!
