Wash Em Up Laundromat

Very disappointed. Dropped my clothes off to be washed since hubby and I work a ton… Told my clothes would be ready this morning 3÷23÷15 at 7 am for pick up. When I came in this am at 7 am which made me late to work to pick up my clothes, they couldn’t find them. Then I find out they are not even done. I ask why. The older short lady with long hair tells me that after she left on Sunday at 3pm that the other girl did nothing from 3 – 11 and that my clothes were not even started. I now have to wait another day and Pay 70 bucks for my clothes! The older lady said ma’am I wrote on the ticket Tuesday. Yes she did but you told me at 7 am I can grab my clothes. Not happy and I will go somewhere else! Horrible customer service!

Dropped off clothes got less clothes and someone else’s never going again was 80 $ and didn’t even get back half so irritating. …this place is dirty the place is falling apart so not worth it…

If there’s two things I hate one of them is doing laundry and the other is doing my kids’ laundry! Which is why this is one of the best businesses in Midland!
Call them, they pick it up, and bring it back ready for your drawer or closet. I lived comfortably with no washer and dryer for months once and it was better than doing it myself. Their attention to detail and promptness is amazing. I’ve never lost any clothing and it’s always delivered back to me quicker than I thought possible. Kudos to ownership, management and employees.

I don’t know where the picture of the big stainless steel washers came from but it isn’t from this business. The laundry mat is small and dirty. I went somewhere else.
After the owner replied to my review I did go back to the business and walk around. The newer washers are in fact there. I am so sorry.

I haven’t had to use a laundromat in almost 20 years and was actually dreading it based on my early post college years of experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Wash Em Up.
The facility was very clean. All the machines seemed to be new and in good working condition. They had a selection of magazines if you didn’t bring your own reading material to pass the time as well as two TVs. There was an attendant on staff to answer questions and make change, and she was very friendly and helpful. The patrons were also very courteous, which is the norm in this big, little town.
All in all a very pleasant experience! I give it Two Suds Up!!!
