Will absolutely rip you off if given the chance. Sold me a $ 1200 in dash as NEW, but after it was installed and I went to add contacts, someone else’s contacts were already installed from the previous owner who returned it. I complained with the manager and he argued with me and said there would be no refunds. This company used to be good and honest, and I have had a total of 4 systems installed over the years, but this shady practice and the lies and faulty used equipment from my last go ’round has turned me off of them forever. Better to go to Best Buy where accountability is monitored by corporate officers, not a manager/​owner looking to pull ‘fast-​ones”
And I’d like you to look at Todd W’s review; It’s his ONLY review and he joined the same day he posted that review. Hmmm. more shadiness from this aweful company I suspect…

I purchased a 2014 VM Touareg Lux and quickly felt a need to improve the audio quality of the factory installation. I was a bit apprehensive about messing with this system since it appears heavily integrated with navigation and engine functions, but adding an amp and better speakers seemed achievable. Initially, I worked with Andy. He was very professional and willing to work within my budget. Also, their team was very helpful in answering all of my questions, and were even willing to take pictures of the progress for my own reference and share them on a DropBox account for me to download. Audio Express returned my Touareg ahead of schedule, in time for an important trip to D.C., in clean condition, and with drastically improved sound quality. I expect to seek further consultation on a phase II install where I may choose to add a mobile media center, custom bass, 4″ speakers, and possibly an equalizer.
