I came in with the need for a new bumper and side panel. These gentleman went to work quickly and got the parts they needed within a day. The repairs and replacements look fantastic and only took a few days. I am very happy with this body shop.

I recently had someone hit my Xterra(a very small incident) and his insurance company sent me to Rick Stanley. I loved how convenient the location was(5 minutes from where we live) and the fact that they work with Enterprise to have you picked up for the rental car I was being loaned for the week. They did a wonderful job and even cleaned my car before returning it to me. The experience was made even easier by just allowing me to leave my rental car with Enterprise there on-site for pickup so I could drive my own vehicle home. It was a seamless process for which I am thankful for.

They did a great job on my car. The body work was flawless, the staff is friendly, and they completed the job under budget. The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is that they were supposed to call me when my car was ready and they didn’t.

I had to take my car in to get some repair and my insurance sent me to Rick Stanley. They did a nice job and gave me a fair estimate of what it would cost. I definitely think their customer service is the best. There was a mix-up with my insurance company– they tried to bill me for a collision when my tire had blown, so it should have been covered under comprehensive. With a $ 400 difference in what I owed, the receptionist helped me speak to my insurance company before leaving the shop and refunded me my money right away. If I ever need repairs again, I will go see Adrian at Rick Stanley’s Auto Body.

I had an accident late last year and my insurance company sent me to Rick Stanley. They did a good job and provided great customer service. Yesterday, I noticed that my fender was separating from the grill a little bit. I drove it over to Rick Stanley. He took a quick look, told me what he thought had happened, and took the car back into the shop. He made the repair immediately – no charge. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
