I Ordered fried tiger shrimp and spring rolls. Everything was way too burnt to enjoy. Also ordered beef drunken noodles but waited 1 hour before canceling. Just 4 people ahead of me. Family next to me found staples in their food, the family had one meal removed from their bill but still had to pay. I thought that was bad customer service. I also ordered a won ton soup and the wrong soup was delivered. When I did receive the right soup it had what appeared to be some sort of ash in it. I’m not going to return here.

Excellent food! Did Thai hot right! Had garlic sauce with chicken which was so good and hubs had crispy duck. Nice and crisp with fresh sauté veggies. Very good. And friendly service. A little slow on the food but worth the wait.

I like their food a lot! But their dinner entrees are pretty expensive so I usually try to go in there for lunch to get out of there for less than $ 10.

Food is phenomenal and service is quick. We eat here quite often and it has some of the best curry we’ve found in Richmond. I haven’t had anything on the menu that I didn’t like.

I place my order via GrubHub at 7:15PM. Anyone who has ordered here online knows they provide very conservative wait times(generally an hour from when you order) so my food was supposed to arrive at 8:15PM. Now it is 9:10PM and it is still not here. I called the restaurant and was told«Well we had a lot of orders tonight, it should be on its way.» We live literally 2 miles from this restaurant. How does it take 2 hours to deliver two simple dishes of the same thing??? We have ordered from them in the past and the food was good although it is definitely very expensive; they were slow but within the hour time slot at least in previous orders. Not this time. I am appalled at the response I got when I called in and if we ever decide to order with them again we will do pick up ONLY. That is if we order from them again since the only reason we had been ordering is because they’re the only Thai place in the area that delivers to us… just stay away if you want to eat the same day that you order… or want to eat your food when it’s still warm. ****Update: it finally arrived at 9:30PM and the delivery driver was very apologetic. They threw in a free dessert and GrubHub was great when I called to ask to change the tip to zero. I am changing this to give them a two because they seemed somewhat more apologetic at the end. GrubHub gets 100 stars for handling a poor experience that wasn’t even their fault with the satisfaction of the customer in mind.

I have been going to Siam Paragon for over 3 years and the quality has never changed! Still grade A food! I really recommend their Pad Thai, Spicy Fried Rice, and Drunken Noodle! The servers are great and the food is authentic. Greatest Thai in Richmond. Plating and garnish is clean and presentable. The sign isn’t as eye catching so I would call this restaurant an hidden gem in a small suburb.

The chefs I hear are from Thailand and the following dishes are my fav: The drunken noodles are flavorful and the seafood is cooked well, and the red curry dish. The servers are nice too. Charlotte is a sweetheart.

2nd time there, both times they had great food for a reasonable price. I haven’t seen it crowded at all, surprisingly. The spiciness(I ordered chicken fried rice a little more than Hot) was just right. Service was great.

I just found this place a couple of months ago, hidden in the shopping centre. The entrance isn’t huge and eye-catching, and the signage out by the intersection rotates around different shop names. I saw the name for the first time on Unilocal and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was so close to my work. I just HAD to try this place. First, the service is spectacular. Whenever I go in, the lady is always very accommodating, very nice, and very helpful. The interior of the place is homey and clean. Definitely a place I would frequent just based on the deco. I’ve seen some pretty bad interiors where the food is knock-my-socks-off good, but the interior made me wanna turn my head and puke. Not so good when trying to keep food down. The food is almost always on point. Thai food is supposed to be not so oily, and some dishes here are very oily. However, the spices, ohhh the spices. So good. The veggies in the summer rolls were fresh, I mean, they crunched in my mouth so much that I actually looked inside the roll to see if they had put wonton crisps in there. The Sea War salad, YES. Packed with plenty of seafood, it is a steal at just $ 9. Healthy, good, not so oily, fresh, what else could you POSSIBLY be looking for? The ordering, and delivering, unfortunately, not so good. The lady on the phone wasn’t sure of some of her answers to my questions and didn’t offer to go and find answers for me. The delivery was an additional $ 6.25. Ach! That’s another dish right there! Would def go again for the Sea War salad, and to try their Pad Thai. But no delivering for me. Ouch.

Loved it. It’s a little pricey, but worth it. The dumplings were great. We had it delivered and it was still piping hot when it arrived.

Can I give 0 stars? Awful. Bad food, bad service. And don’t even think about having it delivered! They charge a service fee of over 8 bucks, which for that it should at least be fast, but not so much… I’d rather eat cold leftovers anyways. Not good. Don’t eat here.

Jesse and I ate at Siam Paragon on Friday for 2nd lunch. We had chicken penang curry and the tom Ka gung soup. Both tasted very good. The tom Ka could have used a bit more lemon grass for me. The penang was watery for some reason. I ordered one for Amy to go and this one was also watery. I really can’t complain cause I enjoyed both of the dishes. Siam Paragon is decent Thai restaurant and if you have a hankering for thai food, give it a shot.

I tried this place 2 years ago, loved it, and thought I had found a gem for future returns to Richmond. After ordering takeout tonight, I will not be back. I know one cannot judge a restaurant by one bad takeout dish. However, I cannot say enough about how badly I was disappointed with tonight’s Pad Thai. I started with the Summer Rolls, which are essentially a cabbage salad wrapped in a thin rice paper. However, the wrapper was gummy and reasonably gross. I unwrapped the rolls and dumped the veg into a bowl for a decent salad. But the Pad Thai… geez. I used to think Pad Thai was one of those foods that, no matter how bad it is, it is edible. Tonights batch seemed like it had all the right ingredients, and was a generous portion, but I swear it looked/tasted like it had been steamed. The noodles had NO color. I think they completely skipped the stir-fry part of the fried noodle experience. So NO Maillard reaction, no browning. Utterly tasteless noodles. For all I know it could have been microwaved. I did not discover this until I had gotten back to the hotel. It was not worth a return drive to complain. Thank goodness the expense account will pay for this. I’d be more upset if the money came out of my own pocket. So I had a few bites. Then just picked out the chicken… and supplemented with Pringles. And it isn’t like the kitchen was slammed and they were busy. There were 3 tables of customers when I picked up the order. The associates were lounging at the bar. Each looked at the other to determine who would actually ring me up. It seems like this same apathy applied to the cooking. If you order from here, open the container first. Heck, do a taste test right there in the restaurant. But me? I won’t be back.

Update… So they have changed the pad Thai and while the other was ok and good. This new recipe is amazing! It is really flavorful. Also it seems that the staff has taken the feedback and I have had much friendly experiences with them. Really excited about the new pad Thai recipe and change in staff!

This is a wonderful Thai restaurant. My hubby and I have eaten here many times and have always been pleased. I also got my girlfriends to try this place one night and they loved it. I love spicy food and this place will make it as mild or as spicy as you’d like. And I mean spicy, one time we ordered fifteen stars and we got fifteen stars, it was fantastic!!! I love a good Thai curry and this place provides. After the curry, my favorite dessert(in the world) is their mango and rice with sweet and condensed milk. It’s making my mouth water just writing about it. Everything is delicious here, fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place to everyone! If you don’t know what to get and your feeling a little adventurous order the green or red curry(so delicious). If your scared and want something yummy order the drunken noodles. If your mouth is on fire(but it’s a good burn ;-)) order the desert. Enjoy!

Siam Paragon has the freshest, most flavorful dishes. They tailor your choice of entrée to meet your level of spices… Hot to mild. The veggies are superior in selection. We love the flavorful spring rolls for an appetizer. They are lightly fried to a mouthwatering crispy roll and generously stuffed. A wide selection of entrees to satisfy your Thai tastebuds of which none will disappoint. The service is refreshing and their décor is playfully colorful and top notch clean. Save room for the custard for dessert. A sweet delicious ending to a fabulous dining experience. PS…great takeout service too if you don’t have time to relax in their restaurant.

Everywhere I go I always try a Thai place. I decided to stop here because 1) it opened at 11am and 2) it was on the way out of the city. I wish I had listened to all the negative reviews because this place was not good. The prices were not unreasonable but a bit steep, food did not have the typical fresh tasting Thai flavors, and food was not very hot. I ordered the spring rolls which tasted as if they were fried in week old grease. I drowned them in sweet and sour sauce to make them taste better but that shouldn’t have been necessary. For my entrée I had Pad Thai because you can never go wrong with that. Well this place got it all the way wrong! It was very sweet which I am not used to, also it didn’t seem to have been made with fresh herbs and spices. I had to use so much of the spice tray to make the food semi taste worthy. It seems like they bought some stuff out the frozen food section and cooked it up. Bottom line, if you’re a true Thai lover stay away from this place. It will certainly disappoint you.

We’ve always had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. Love the drunken noodles, papaya salad and the vegetarian dishes. The mango sticky rice is a delightful way to end a meal, too! The service isn’t always great, but we always return for the food.
