The people at this location turned a bad customer experience into a good one. I had been on the website and had enlisted chat help. It took way too long and the person on the other end was little aide. I wound up wasting half an hour and being late to work. This location was near my home so I called in on my break. A thirty second phone call later and the gentleman had answered my question, setting up for me to come in the next afternoon. I came in and they greeted me, both showed care for my problems and were polite and helpful. They made sure I didn’t need anything else and even let me know of a few free apps I had been missing out on. The people at this location make going into a store no hassle!
