We just stopped at the Milford, CT rest stop thinking that subway was the only option for something«healthy». We were pleasantly surprised to find this little gem of a restaurant that offers organic, healthy meal options of veggies, uncured meats, feta-goat and other cheese options as well as gluten free choices including delicious wraps, rolls and hot dog buns! The gentleman behind the counter was hand selected for this job as he knew what I was looking for and offered great options. We loved our sandwiches and will tell many friends to stop there if hungry! Way to go Mr. McDonnell. You’ve got the right idea and I hope to see you in airports too!

Best food I have eaten in a rest area. Fresh and organic meat and simple ingredients. I had a Caesar salad with fresh grilled chicken and a grass fed beef hot dog. Excellent quality.

I travel way too often between Providence and NYC, so throughout the years I think I’ve managed to visit every roadside rest stop on 95 between Boston and NYC. While you have a ton of McDonald’s, Subway’s and other fast food options, Good to Go at this rest stop is without a doubt my favorite. Tasty, healthy, options at very very reasonable prices. I’ve tried the chili dog, different wraps and the farmhouse melts and you really can’t ask for better food off the side of 95. While most options are under 400 calories, if you’re starving — throw in some tasty(and somewhat healthy at only 250 calories) tater tots for good measure. The staff here is really friendly too and I like it that it’s situated away from all of the confusion and hustle & bustle by McD’s and Dunkin Donuts.

I seriously love this place. It is difficult to find a healthy lunch that either I haven’t made or doesn’t take all day. This restaurant uses Applegate products, which I am fan of and buy for regular consumption at home. It’s terrific that they list all of the menu items caloric values, even down to the optional cheese. It helped me make an informed decision when they asked if I wanted a side of tater tots. No thank you for 239 calories! I bet that they are delicious though. We just bought a house not too far from Good to Go. I foresee a lot of lunches at the rest stop.

Good to Go was quite the surprise on our road trip up 95. Having braced myself for McDonalds. Great healthy surprise.

Driving home from NJ I decided to take a restroom break and grab some lunch. I really wanted to try Cheeseboy but alas, it is only at the rest stop on 95S so I figured I’d give this organic place a try. I had the breaded chicken wrap with lettuce, cheese, and honey mustard and it was a nice healthy alternative to McDonald’s. I’d probably try their hot dogs the next time as they sound pretty delicious. OK, I am going to admit something here. On my walk out of the rest stop I was drawn to McDonald’s and I bought a medium fry to complement my healthy organic meal. Sorry folks, but I needed those fries!

My husband and I couldn’t be more overjoyed to find this place on our way up North last weekend. We made a special trip coming back just to stop there, we were also expecting a lot and we were not disappointed! Great, intelligent, upbeat employees serving thoughtfully sourced and prepared truly healthy food. It’s an honor!

This is not your ordinary rest stop! I never thought I would write a review about a eating establishment at a rest stop but Good to Go Organics made a lasting impression on me. On a recent road trip to Boston I was starving and decided to stop at one of the rest stops along Route 95. My goal was to try to get something healthy, but I really wasn’t in the mood for the Golden Arches or for Jared’s favorite spot. My choices were extremely limited but I was hungry so I was determined to find something! I looked around inside and saw the usual suspects and started to feel a little defeated. But then a little red sign caught my eye – Good to Go Organics looked good enough so I decided to give it a try. I chose the Turkey Dog and I am so glad I did. It was soooooo good! Seriously, the best turkey hot dog EVER!
