terrible experience. I was so excited to finally get a washing machine. I received «help» from their customer service dept. I only had one requirement: I wanted to be able to put the fabric softener in right away. I didn’t want or need any other bells and whistles. I was told that the high efficiency Kenmore was the only one that had my one requirement. I asked if it was a good machine and was assured that I would love it. Hate it. Clothes do not get clean. The clothes come out horribly wrinkled. The company was unresponsive when I attempted to return it. Did not get anyone to return calls until after the time period for returns had elapsed and was told that I am now stuck with this useless machine. Every time I wash, I actually miss the laundromat.

Tried to come here to get new tool set I was working on my car and was mad because I did not have a good ratchet and other tools so I decided to go to Sears on Father’s Day yes it was kinda late but I had 1500 to spend I walked in the store at 6:26 there was a line at register there was a lady there said there closed that they close 6:30 I said I need a hole tool set but was told to come back in the morning I work in the morning and had to finish today so I left and spent my 1500 at Lowes that’s down the street

Ok I’m done with Sears — for good. I’m a 4^th generation Sears shopper and they aren’t what they use to be. My kitchen renovation was a disaster when each appliance bought was either wrong, didn’t work or a no show. Did I learn anything from that experience? No! I foolishly bought more items, this after they couldn’t fix my washer the third time; I go and spend $ 1300 for a new washer/dryer. The problem: I’m still waiting for delivery. Another no show, no call, no explanation looks like I’ll be waiting a week to get back on the schedule. So, does this mean they’ll just drive around with it on the truck until they get back to my area? Sears Suck! You can get these products anywhere. But you’re loyal to certain companies becase they distinguish themselves with customer service. Well since Sears can’t deliver they should at least try to appear to make a difference with customer care.

Best Buy, PC Richards, Lowe’s, Home Depot etc. can all deliver

Came here to get some parts for my lawnmower, but had a hard time finding a live person to help me find what I needed. Not enough staff here for such a large store and they aren’t as knowledgeable as the should be. How about a training program? Sears stock price is tumbling and now I see why. All those cutbacks were a really bad idea.
