I’ve suffered a similar experience to the other one star reviews. You pay up front and wait. I received the clock back, but it doesn’t work. Well, it keeps time, but the pendulum doesn’t work. I’ve called, emailed and drove to their business on a Saturday and the sign says that they were open, but the store was dark. No responses from my email or VM. I don’t understand how they could be in business. My repair costs over a hundred dollars and I hate getting ripped off. Do not use this shop for clock repairs.

Don’t use these people. I suffered a similar experience to the other one star review… You Pay up front for a clock repair, after months of waiting and calling for a 5 week job, The clock was returned and then not working… More waiting as other jobs had to be done… Finally clock returned, still not running as It once was. I cannot say strongly enough, don’t make the same mistake I did. Do not use this shop for clock repairs.
