I frequent many WHBM stores and this one is the worst I’ve been to. There were 3 people in line and only 1 person ringing — but 4 other sales people just standing around chatting and not helping customers, etc. the selection is limited also — I should stick to shopping online.

Two sales women smothered me from the moment I first walked into the store. Each over enthusiastically chiming in on every single item I slowed to look at. Both followed me around the store like love struck puppies. Then they aggressively insisted I go to the fitting room when I was not finished looking. It was… uncomfortable. I down the items I was interested in(cute dresses) and left out of frustration. My first visit was my last. I let customer service know about my experience. I was offered a discount on my next purchase; but why bother when I wont be able to shop in peace?! Attentiveness is one thing, but sales people being that pushy can ruin a shopping experience.
