The food is as good as Panda Express can get, and the service is very good compared to other locations. It’s also very clean and inviting inside, and not too crowded as most people either eat outside or take their food to-go. I haven’t been to a PE in awhile so not sure if all their stores ramped up their customer service, but I didn’t expect such smiley faces and warm welcomes when I walked in the door. And the workers were efficient, they knew what they were doing and moved the line quick! Everyone was busy working, not just standing around. The parking lot gets crowded on that side(near the movie theaters) and most of the stalls are for smaller cars. I like to park in the back, near zippys and walk over. All in all, 4 stars for consistent food and good service. Will be back, for sure.

I have always loved Panda’s. Mainly because it has a large variety of choices and can be a quick takeout meal. I’ve been to a lot of locations around the islands but it seems like this location is always extremely busy when I come by. I guess that’s great for them, but it can be frustrating sometimes when the line is out of the door. Tonight was one of those usual busy nights and I waited in line for about 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and my plate was packed in no time. I made my way to the cashier and paid. My food felt a little off tonight though, like it was missing something. The orange chicken is of course a favorite but it didn’t taste«orange» enough. The chow mein was alright but the beef broccoli was slightly dry. Eh~Regardless, we’ll still probably show up again for dinner sometime this month.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not less is because Panda is the only Chinese(ish) food I eat and I love it. Usually I’m okay with this location, not completely blown away by exceptional service, or food that is better than other Panda Express locations, but the food is good enough to satisfy my Panda cravings. They don’t include a fortune cookie(along with the chocolate chip) with a kids meal nor are they quick to offer samples like other locations that I have been to. Depending on who serves you, you could get a generous portion of food and be really happy, or get barely anything from one of the stingy workers. The inconsistency is unfortunate because I could get a regular portion entrée in a kids meal, then come back the next day and get a kids meal portion entrée in a bowl… The cut of the food is also really inconsistent, which for some reason was noticeable enough to bother me. Basically… I come here because I often crave orange chicken, or honey sesame chicken, and because it is close to my house. But it’s definitely less than average in comparison to other locations. Just watch your food being served because you could receive 2 pieces of chicken instead of a ladle full!

Meh. — flavorless Meh. — small portions Meh. — flavorless and small portions and lacking in key ingredients. Three Meh’s and you’re out. See that check in above? Last time I’ll voluntarily come here, unless someone else is buying. Every time I go I get shafted… consistently! For instance, last time a girl was scooping up food for me, my husband and I. Just after the girl scoops up nice generous portions for my husband, the manager comes to relieve her and I get puny portions. WTH. Food was flavorless back then as it is today, no change about that let me assure you. Went in again today and Chow Mein was dry and old — had to wait for a fresh batch. Most of the other stuff were gone and it was just before peak dinner time: Orange Chicken, Beef Broccoli, Ginger Fish(one piece left) and Tofu Eggplant. I got shafted again because the girl was scraping the left over dregs in the wok and I got a pathetic half a serving of Eggplant Tofu and felt cheated(again). She left one piece of tofu in the wok… ONE!!! Like the Ginger Fish, ONE piece… guess that’s their way of telling what needs to be refilled. Tacky. My son keeps asking«where’s the egg?» in the fried rice. EVERYTIME. He keeps forgetting that this Panda location does not use egg in the fried rice. I know eggs are expensive but even the rice has no flavor! At least use some MSG or something! I won’t tell! At least give the food some flavor, man. My son kept stabbing at his Orange Chicken, «look mommy, look how hard it is» — after repeated jabbing and stabbing, he gave up. Looks like Daddy’s going to be eating some left over Orange Chicken Jerky. My chow fun noodles had no flavor either. Not sure how you can color the noodles to make it LOOK like it has a soy sauce flavor but this Panda location has managed to perfect it to a fine art. Also, here’s something to ponder: WHEREARETHEWALNUTS in the Walnut Shrimp??? I got a sliver of something… I am not making this up… it was a sliver of walnut stuck to one of the shrimp. I know walnuts are expensive but come on, already! Don’t call it Honey Walnut Shrimp if there isn’t any walnut in it… oh wait, a sliver is all it takes, is it? This Panda Express really skimps on flavor, portions, quality and ingredients and it shows. If I’m craving Panda, I’ll drive ten extra minutes to the one by Costco Waipio. Ancient Chinese Fortune Cookie say: Avoid Mililani Town Center Panda — you get rip off.

So my wife and I picked up lunch to go and everything was tasting decent until I hear my wife cry out and spit out a rock! There was a rock in her fried rice! Needles to say this is totally unexpectable and we won’t be going back.

I’m always happy that I don’t have to go that far to get a Panda meal nowadays. Location is convenient, food is reasonable, and it’s always prepared fresh. Lots of indoor and outdoor tables. My favorites are: orange chicken, beef and broccoli, walnut shrimp, chicken zucchini

I’ve eaten here quite a few times, and I never left hungry. When it’s busy it’s too small to accommodate everyone.

Went here around 6:30pm on a Monday and the line was out the door. It moved quickly though. The employees were very friendly and moved fast. I had to wait 3 minutes for my Asian grilled chicken. My food tasted fresh and was still hot when I got home. They didn’t skimp on the fortune cookies either :)

Food here isn’t usually a problem. It’s the usual Panda stuff. This location is rather cramped though. Not a good place to stay to eat at.

I was quoted the wrong price for my food so at checkout I was surely surprised. The girl told me first that kids meal could not offer us 2 entrees instead of 1 starch, 1 entrée. So she recommended a bowl with 2 entrees for about the same price so I agreed. I go to check out and it’s $ 2.50 more like that’s not around the same price I was quoted previously :(or I’d order something else for cheaper. Spoke with Shelly /Sherry? the manager the situation and she allowed me to pay for the kids meal price of $ 6 or so :) Thank you for making this experience more positive for us today, Shelley! We will be back soon!

You can’t ever go too wrong with Panda Express — the food is always the same. Best to go when it’s a rush hour for lunch or dinner so that the dishes turn over faster. The service is good, very friendly, they always greet you and offer you a sample. This location is clean. I like that for the starch they offer many choices and you can even do half and half(white or brown rice, chown mein or chow fun or steamed veggies). There are also at least 12 different types of foods to choose from. You can tell by the dish size in their serving area that orange chicken is their most popular. At the end of the line they have sides like egg rolls. 2 entrée meals runs $ 8.50 or so. If you plan to come back, keep your receipt and fill out their online review to get one free entrée(third entrée on a 2-entrée plate) during your next visit. Star rating based on «fast food» Chinese, not on authentic/sit-down Chinese type food. Lots of parking in the Mililani Town Center parking lot. Best to park near the theaters and Ninja Sushi area.

Whenever I go here its always super busy(most times the line goes out the door), but the workers are always nice and try their best to quickly provide their services, they always offer samples, and I have yet to recieve a sour welcome. I can’t complain about the food, as it’s always hot and the serving area is always neat. The pricing is cheap compared to what one would normally get from a traditional Chinese restaurant, plus I normally share a plate and still end up full. Their Kung pow chicken is definitely worth a try.

I would have rated higher but for the price they could give a little more food. I ordered a kids meal and they gave so little compared to the last time I came. Usually they give a good amount to where my child would feel full. This time he ate everything including the cookie and drank all his juice and was still hungry. What a waste of $ 7.64.

If you’re Asian and sherry the manager is working the line expect smaller scoops than everyone else. serious wtf how are you going to give a scoop and a half for entrees to everyone before and after but we get a scoop, are we seriously affecting your take home stash or something? Quick edit Still hungry good thing tostino’s pizza rolls don’t lie about giving what you pay for

Pre-movie dinner! Went here with my boyfriend this past weekend. Ordered the two-entrée choice plate, and got one entrée for free using my Kau Kau Card. My boyfriend and I shared the plate since it was quite too much for us to eat alone and our movie started in less than half an hour. We had brown rice, mushroom chicken, string bean chicken and honey walnut shrimp(extra $ 1.25). The entrees were all tasty. The cashier saw that there were two of us, so she gave us two fortune cookies. How nice! Customer service was very good. The ladies in the front were friendly and prompt. Yay for Panda Express being located in the Central Oahu side; it’s close to where I live!

I love panda’s and I love Panda Express! When this location was still in construction there was the manager named Justin promoting the grand opening. He was energetic about the store’s grand opening. He said that you guys must visit us during our grand opening and that during the first week their store hours will be extended a little later. The service is upbeat and prompt, there is a cashier named Liz that is always nice and understanding. Today, I ordered the Beijing beef, which was low, and I told them that I didn’t mind waiting. Liz was thoughtful enough to give me a cup of water but I declined because I had my StarBucks in the car. The food choices and selection is always filled but when 7:00 pm comes along, expect all the selections to be depleted. The taste of the food here is fresh unlike the one in Ka Uka, their orange chicken tastes weird like they did not wash their cookware or something. I like coming here because of the fast service, nice people, and their fortune cookies they offer with each meal. Overall: Prices are moderate, Upbeat and Friendly associates, Fast workers

When you want fast, decently priced, pretty good tasting Chinese food… Panda’s is pretty Awesome! Whenever I come here the trays are full of food, the food is hot, the food is good, the service is good and the wait is pretty normal. What more could you ask for??? Okay I guess there are a few things: 1) parking sucks depending on what time and what day you go 2) if you’re eating there, there are not too many tables, although there are tables outside I have to say though, they are really nice! The lady who took my order the other night rang me up wrong and I had to wait for someone else to come and fix it so they gave me a free drink. I didn’t even wait that long but still… that was very nice of them. YAY!!! =) and don’t forget on the back of the receipt is their survey. Take the survey and get a free entrée.

It’s nice to experience a shiny new restaurant, particularly for a chain that has a wide range of locations(from fancy to shabby) to see the best possible face of the company. This Mililani Town Center restaurant is the northernmost yet on Oahu. Excusing opening night delays and hiccups, this Panda Express makes the most of its modest space, and for these early days at least, joins only a couple of other eateries in the shopping complex in offering outdoor seating. Ginger House Chinese Restaurant just a few doors down doesn’t need to worry, as it will still offer a superior sit-down table-service experience and a more nuanced menu. But for those looking for a quick fix of Panda’s bold flavors, it’s nice to have a new option in the neighborhood.
