Recently purchased our first Hawaii home. Randy Prothero was our real estate agent and helped us throughout the entire process. Randy was great, explaining every question we had in detail. He knows what he is talking about, he is honest and is very knowledgeable about home sales here in Hawaii. He worked around our schedules to show us houses in several different areas and always had our best interests in mind. Randy and his team handled all the paperwork for us and explained the home buying process. All emails and phone calls that we sent were answered very quickly and thoroughly — you will never be left wondering what is happening. The Prothero Group is awesome! They are a great team and have been so helpful in our home purchase process. Randy, the principle broker, is VERY knowledgeable about real estate. He directed us to resources we had never even heard of, in regards to learning about loan options and various loan programs. Darnelle, another Realtor, is extremely friendly and got us hooked up on their portal to check out homes in different areas (rather than using Zillow and Trulia). They are all straight forward people who are looking out for YOUR best interest.
