LOVE Bravata. Love the wonderful customer service, flexibility, and the work done. I’ve never left here unhappy! I’ve gone to a few different salons, since each salon has their own style, but Bravata always does a great job no matter what crazy idea I have in store. I will always go back here now! Paloma always makes sure her clients are beyond satisfied and taken care of. Everyone else I talk to that comes here just LOVES them! Wish I could give them a ¹⁰⁄₅!

Paloma is incredible. After going to see her I wouldn’t recommend you to go anywhere else. If you’re trying to find a good, reliable, and amazing hair stylist look no further than right here. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I LOVE Dana at Bravata! She is not only super sweet and accommodating, she is extremely talented and owns her craft! I’m VERY particular in choosing a hair stylist and I’m SO glad that I went with Dana.

Sami does my hair here and I’ve been so happy with it every time! She’s amazing with coloring and styling. I had stubborn orange in my hair for the longest time and she got it out and recommended products for me to use regularly that really helped. Everyone here is friendly and professional, and they are always playing a variety of music. The owner Paloma is sweet as well and has always greeted me right away. Ive left happy with my hair after every visit and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Don’t know that I would consider coming back here again. Got my hair done by Dana and she did a good job with the color but Dana had another appointment so another lady had to blow dry my hair. She burnt my scalp so bad I left with a headache and my scalp was red for the next two days. She was using one of those barrel brushes to blow dry my hair and got too close to my scalp. It was very painful. I get it accidents happens, but I’ve never had a professional stylist burn my scalp EVER. When she asked if I wanted my hair styled I said no and walked out.

My regular stylist at Bravata is Sami… I just love her! She is the queen of coloring, especially balayage which I feel like no one can get right. I have a very ashy natural hair color that easily turns bronze when not lightened correctly, but miss Sami nails my color and balayage every time! The salon is so adorable, and someone always greets me immediately when I get there whether it be someone at the front desk or one of the stylists. They all talk as they go by, they are so genuinely sweet and bubbly! The owner Paloma is amazing as well, and her adorable baby boy is sometimes around to say hello :) They also do eyelash extensions… Can you say two birds one stone? I can’t say enough positive things, I love this place.

Paloma is an amazing sweet artist who clearly loves what she does. I recommend Paloma y’alllll! She has the free flowing vibes of a natural artist & a lot of positive energy. It makes for an overall great, comfortable and relaxing experience here.
I walked in with orange/​bright yellow uneven hair and my streaks were so harsh and blunt in my hair. She managed to blend and tone my hair to the way that I wanted. My ombré is PERFECT and i’ve never seen anything so blended beautifully. She listens, and listens to what you want.
A salon can be so intimidating because you’re unsure if you’ll get the results that you want, but Paloma will make sure you get what you want while still thinking of the health of your hair, and she will not let you leave unhappy. She invests time and effort into your hair, for YOU. For the sake of you flaunting your new hair-​do in confidence.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this salon! I came here after a bad experience with a nearby place last fall & have being seeing Madeline ever since. She is so professional, friendly & does such an exceptional job every time!

I went in Bravata because they were one of the few stores that had the hair extensions I wanted to try out. I went in for a free consultation and decided that I wanted to order my natural color in the 12 inch length. About a week goes by, I get a call from them saying that the 12 inch was on backorder and that they can get the 16 inch instead. I am 9 months pregnant and about to go into early labor so I wanted to see if I can cancel my order. However, they told me that I can only put a credit on my account for a future service instead of crediting my card back. I do not understand this because they said they’ve paid their distributor already and that was the reason why they could not credit my money back. However, if the distributor didn’t have inventory in stock, they shouldn’t FORCE the customer to buy something else. I understand I can order the 16 inch and have it cut but as a customer, it’s not something I want to do right now due to other circumstances and I should have the right to receive my money back if nothing has been ordered and it’s a distributor vs. Bravata issue. I shouldn’t pay for their issues. One of the worst experiences from a salon ever!!! I’m forced to keep a credit for services that I don’t even want to return for. I DO NOT recommend this place for people looking for a good customer experience. Poor management, poor policies.
UPDATE 4÷22÷2015:
Shortly after I posted this review, the owner of Bravata did contact me and explained that there was a miscommunication between the receptionist who helped me over the phone and the back of the house management. She ended up refunding my card in full and I am extremely thankful for this.

I was referred to Shirley from a good friend who swore that she would take care of me… and I have to admit she is by far the best stylist I’ve encountered yet! I’ve been to Seven several times, small salons, Gene Juarez, Asian salons, and my «moms» aka several moms of friends who cut/​dye/​style my hair and I think I may have found a stylist I can fully trust and return to. I came in with a faded balayage that was transformed into a gorgeous violet purple. I love it. My hair still feels healthy and looks amazing. Prices are definitely reasonable. Salon is clean and feels comfortable. I actually had quite a few people help with my hair that day since Shirley was a bit behind and each stylist was personable and memorable (I can remember their names — and I am so notorious at remembering names «heeyyyyyyyy _​_​_​_​_​_​_​» lol) Anyways, Shirley is super rad. Please do yourself a big favor and see her. btw I am not the best at small talk but a stylist who can create conversation especially during the 4 hours we were «together» is definitely appreciated. I won’t go anywhere else! I’m obsessed with changing my hair style and color and Paloma always comes through for me with a fun new edgy yet, not too much style. She really understands what I like and always creates something great just for me! She’s a perfectionist and it shows!

I love it here, Heather has been doing my hair for a couple of months now and it comes out perfect every time. I definitely recommend her if you are a blonde getting highlights, she’s amazing!

I received an amazing hair cut and color from Paloma. I have a really sensitive head, and she was so careful not to pull my hair. The salon was relaxed and very inviting, I would recommend it to anyone. I can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been going to Bravata (previously Celsius) for over six years now. The salon was recommended when I moved to WA and I wouldn’t trade it for any other. It has great hours, very convenient to make appointment that accommodate my work hours. The location in Mill Creek is great, I can always do some shopping and grab something to eat in case I arrive too early or need to wait out Seattle traffic.
Shirley has been my stylist since I moved here and she’s a big part of why I come to Bravata every time I want something done to my hair. Hair appointments with her feel like you’re just getting together with your best friend for some pampering. I don’t usually walk in with an idea of what I want done to my hair, but Shirley gets it right with just a few questions. I normally go for haircuts, but she just started coloring my hair and I’ve been getting so many compliments.
It’s not often that one finds a hair salon and hair dresser that you just love right off the bat. I saw that they’re expanding their services, so I’m curious to see what that’s about. I’ll be back there in a few weeks for another haircut and touch up.

I’ve been seeing Shirley for the past 8 years or so and can’t imagine going anywhere else or to anyone else. She definitely knows her way around coarse, unruly hair. Each time I come in, it’s like I saw her the day before. She knows exactly what will look best for my face shape and hair type, and I always leave the salon feeling refreshed and fantastic, not only because of my haircut, but also because of the clean, high-​class environment and friendly conversation.
I’ve been having Shirley do some fun, funky block color the past year or so, and am always impressed at how it turns out each time I get it retouched. The woman is a hair genius and great company.
The new touches they’ve been adding to the salon and slight changes look fantastic and keep the place inviting, modern, and efficient.

I’ve been going here for over 5 years and I wouldn’t pick any other place to get my hair done. Paloma is awesome and always does a great job with cutting and dying my hair. If you want a great ombré go see her. Shes great with fitting me into her schedule, even before the salon opens sometimes.
Everyone at the salon is extremely nice and customer service is awesome. The pricing is worth the experience and you will always leave happy and satisfied. It’s always a great experience here.

One of the best salons I’ve been to. Very cool staff and eclectic atmosphere. I got my haircut by Paloma and I actually let her be creative worth my hair. Usually there’s a specific style that I go with, but when she cut and styled my hair, it was unbelievable. I walked out of there feeling like a celebrity!
Pricing is a bit expensive, but you know what? It’s all worth the pampering.
